【摘要】：為分析進(jìn)口豬肉對國產(chǎn)豬肉的替代效應(yīng),剖析進(jìn)口豬肉對我國豬肉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響,筆者在初步判斷進(jìn)口豬肉與國產(chǎn)豬肉存在替代關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,通過建立回歸模型,測度進(jìn)口豬肉對國產(chǎn)豬肉的替代效應(yīng)大小。結(jié)果表明:進(jìn)口豬肉需求對國產(chǎn)豬肉的交叉價(jià)格彈性系數(shù)為3.685 1,進(jìn)口豬肉對國產(chǎn)豬肉有著很強(qiáng)的替代效應(yīng),高居不下的國產(chǎn)豬肉價(jià)格是豬肉進(jìn)口快速增長的直接原因;同時(shí)得出進(jìn)口豬肉需求的收入彈性系數(shù)為負(fù),國民收入水平提高不是豬肉進(jìn)口增長過快的原因,產(chǎn)需缺口不斷擴(kuò)大才是我國進(jìn)口不斷增長的根本原因。因此,要通過降低生產(chǎn)成本來降低國產(chǎn)豬肉價(jià)格,平緩豬肉進(jìn)口;通過擴(kuò)大國內(nèi)豬肉供給來抑制豬肉進(jìn)口增長過快。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the substitution effect of imported pork on domestic pork and the influence of imported pork on the development of pork industry in China, the author established a regression model on the basis of preliminarily judging the substitution relationship between imported pork and domestic pork. The results showed that the cross price elasticity coefficient of imported pork to domestic pork was 3.6851, and imported pork had strong substitution effect on domestic pork. The high domestic pork prices are the direct reason for the rapid growth of pork imports. At the same time, it is concluded that the income elasticity coefficient of imported pork demand is negative, and the increase in national income is not the reason for the excessive increase in pork imports. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the price of domestic pork to reduce the price of domestic pork to ease the import of pork, and to restrain the increase of pork import too fast by expanding the supply of domestic pork.
