【摘要】：根據(jù)可持續(xù)發(fā)展在新階段下的新要求,提出區(qū)域可持續(xù)發(fā)展保障能力的定義,根據(jù)定義運用頻度統(tǒng)計法、主成分分析法等統(tǒng)計方法構(gòu)建保障能力指標(biāo)體系,并以三峽庫區(qū)數(shù)據(jù)為例,進行指標(biāo)體系實證分析.為進一步衡量區(qū)域可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力及其保障能力提供有效的測度工具,有助于政府及相關(guān)機構(gòu)制定更加科學(xué)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展政策.
[Abstract]:According to the new requirements of sustainable development in the new stage, the definition of regional sustainable development support ability is put forward, and the index system of support ability is constructed by means of frequency statistics, principal component analysis and other statistical methods. Taking the data of the three Gorges Reservoir area as an example, the paper makes an empirical analysis of the index system, and provides an effective measurement tool for further measuring the regional sustainable development ability and its supporting ability. It is helpful for the government and related institutions to formulate more scientific sustainable development policies.
