【摘要】：正 目前我們迫切需要經(jīng)過(guò)廣泛的調(diào)查研究,參照國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)高新技術(shù)的界定,結(jié)合一個(gè)地區(qū)的特點(diǎn),在符合統(tǒng)計(jì)科學(xué)原理的基礎(chǔ)上,在現(xiàn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)制度下建立一套既科學(xué)合理又操作簡(jiǎn)便,既能描述過(guò)去又能預(yù)測(cè)未來(lái)的計(jì)算高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模效益的統(tǒng)計(jì)方法制度體系,以便科學(xué)、客觀、定量地反映高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,促進(jìn)高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展平穩(wěn)地駛向快車(chē)道。
[Abstract]:At present, we urgently need to go through extensive investigation and study, referring to the definition of high and new technology at home and abroad, and combining the characteristics of a region, on the basis of the principles of statistical science. In order to establish a scientific, reasonable and simple statistical system under the current statistical system, which can describe the past and predict the future benefits of the scale of high and new technology industries, so as to be scientific and objective. The present situation of high-tech industry is reflected quantitatively and the development of high-tech industry is promoted smoothly to the fast lane.
