[Abstract]:How to perfect the statistics of the means of production (that is, the current statistics of raw materials and energy) is an important part of the social and economic statistics of our country. Under the market economy conditions, it undertakes to plan for the government. Decision-making provides digital basis and dual duty of serving enterprise production and operation.
