【摘要】：本文基于FAO和經(jīng)濟(jì)合作與發(fā)展組織(OECD)的數(shù)據(jù),從存出欄、胴體重、產(chǎn)量、價格、消費量、進(jìn)出口量、進(jìn)出口價格等方面分析了2003年以來世界牛肉生產(chǎn)、消費、貿(mào)易發(fā)展情況,分析了其特點及趨勢。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合當(dāng)前發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及面臨形勢,分析判斷了未來世界牛肉生產(chǎn)、消費、貿(mào)易的發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of FAO and Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), this paper analyzes the development of beef production, consumption and trade in the world since 2003 in terms of storage column, carcass weight, output, price, consumption, import and export price, etc. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and trends of beef production, consumption and trade in the world, the development prospect of beef production, consumption and trade in the future is analyzed and judged.
