【摘要】：正 20世紀(jì)90年代初,隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程的加速,國際貿(mào)易和資本交易急劇上升。因此,國際一些著名的研究機(jī)構(gòu)開始測算和比較全球不同國家或地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)自由度,其中權(quán)威性的機(jī)構(gòu)有加拿大弗雷澤研究所(The Fraser Institute)和美國傳統(tǒng)基金會(huì)(The Heritage Foundation)。雖然經(jīng)濟(jì)自由度測度在理論和實(shí)踐上還不盡完善,但從總體上說,其研究結(jié)果還是具有較強(qiáng)的說服力的。到目前為止,弗雷澤研究所測算了全球100多個(gè)國家或地區(qū)一個(gè)比較長時(shí)期的自由度歷史數(shù)據(jù),本文重點(diǎn)結(jié)合該所提供的各年度《經(jīng)濟(jì)自由度報(bào)告》,采取國際比較研究的方法對中國經(jīng)濟(jì)自由度程度進(jìn)行分析。
[Abstract]:In early 1990s, with the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, international trade and capital transactions rose sharply. Therefore, some well-known international research institutions began to measure and compare the economic freedom of different countries or regions in the world. Among the authoritative institutions are the Fraser Institute of Canada and the Heritage Foundation. Although the measurement of economic freedom is not yet perfect in theory and practice, it is generally speaking, So far, the Frazier Institute has calculated a relatively long history of degrees of freedom in more than 100 countries or regions around the world. This paper focuses on the analysis of the degree of economic freedom in China by means of international comparative study combined with the annual report on Economic Freedom provided by the Institute.
