【摘要】：進入21世紀,市場競爭環(huán)境發(fā)生了巨大的改變,傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)之間的相互競爭,已被供應(yīng)鏈與供應(yīng)鏈之間的競爭所取代。誰能更高效的利用供應(yīng)鏈管理,誰就掌握了競爭優(yōu)勢。當前,我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場進一步開放,光明、伊利、蒙牛等國內(nèi)知名涉農(nóng)龍頭企業(yè)均在供應(yīng)鏈的推廣和運用方面加快了探索和研究的步伐。在這種情況下,涉農(nóng)企業(yè)——青銅峽市興禾米業(yè)有限公司急需運用科學的管理,對當前企業(yè)自身的盈利模式及供應(yīng)鏈成本結(jié)構(gòu)進行認真的分析和研究,提高市場競爭力,從而躋身于強手林立的行業(yè)當中。本文通過大量的閱讀國內(nèi)外研究文獻,學習供應(yīng)鏈相關(guān)理論知識,運用統(tǒng)計調(diào)查法、定性與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法綜合研究青銅峽市興禾米業(yè)有限公司供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)和成本情況,分析研究青銅峽市興禾米業(yè)有限公司供應(yīng)鏈存在的問題,進而提出供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化策略,旨在降低企業(yè)成本,提高生產(chǎn)效率,使企業(yè)利潤最大化。本文通過六大部分來闡述文章所要表達的主要觀點:第一章緒論,主要論述了研究背景、研究目的及意義,國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、主要研究內(nèi)容和研究方法。第二章主要概念及供應(yīng)鏈主要理論,分別介紹供應(yīng)鏈、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈及農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化的基本概念,以及供應(yīng)鏈的三大主要理論。第三章興禾米業(yè)有限公司供應(yīng)鏈狀況,主要介紹興禾米業(yè)有限公司概況及供應(yīng)鏈狀況,分析了興禾米業(yè)有限公司供應(yīng)鏈成本和財務(wù)狀況。第四章興禾米業(yè)有限公司供應(yīng)鏈存在的問題,本章主要分析興禾米業(yè)有限公司供應(yīng)鏈中存在的問題。第五章興禾米業(yè)有限公司供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化的基本策略,主要論述了企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化的基本思路、企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化的基本策略。第六章結(jié)論與展望。
[Abstract]:In 21th century, the market competition environment has changed greatly. The competition among traditional enterprises has been replaced by the competition between supply chain and supply chain. Who can use supply chain management more efficiently? Who has grasped the competitive advantage. At present, the agricultural products market of our country is further open, bright, Yili, Mengniu and other domestic famous agriculture-related leading enterprises have quickened the pace of exploration and research in the aspect of promotion and application of supply chain. In this case, Qingtongxia Xinghe Rice Industry Co., Ltd., an agricultural enterprise, urgently needs to use scientific management to seriously analyze and study its own profit model and supply chain cost structure in order to improve its market competitiveness. Through reading a large number of domestic and foreign research literature, learning supply chain related theoretical knowledge, using statistical survey method, Combining qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper comprehensively studies the supply chain structure and cost of Qingtongxia Xinghe Rice Industry Co., Ltd., analyzes the problems existing in the supply chain of Qingtongxia Xinghe Rice Industry Co., Ltd., and puts forward the supply chain optimization strategy. The purpose of this paper is to reduce the cost of enterprises, improve production efficiency and maximize the profits of enterprises. This paper expounds the main points of view of the article through six parts: the first chapter is introduction, mainly discusses the research background, research purpose and significance. The second chapter introduces the basic concepts of supply chain, agricultural product supply chain and agricultural product supply chain optimization, respectively. And three main theories of supply chain. Chapter 3: supply chain situation of Xinghe Rice Co., Ltd., mainly introduces the general situation of Xinghe Rice Industry Co., Ltd and the supply chain situation of Xinghe Rice Industry Co., Ltd. This paper analyzes the supply chain cost and financial situation of Xinghe Rice Industry Co., Ltd. (4th) the problems existing in the supply chain of Zhangxinghe Rice Industry Co., Ltd. This chapter mainly analyzes the problems existing in the supply chain of Xinghe Rice Industry Co., Ltd. The basic strategy of supply chain optimization of 5th Zhang Xinghe Rice Industry Co., Ltd., mainly discusses the basic ideas of enterprise supply chain optimization. The basic Strategy of Enterprise supply chain Optimization. Chapter 6th conclusion and Prospect.
