【摘要】：本文試圖透過(guò)經(jīng)濟(jì)改革以來(lái)不少中國(guó)人伴隨財(cái)富迅速增長(zhǎng)的心理困惑,解讀現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)留存至今的有關(guān)財(cái)富與快樂(lè)關(guān)系的謎題。本文的一個(gè)貢獻(xiàn)是提出了“快樂(lè)GDP”概念,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)實(shí)例證刻畫(huà)了衡量GDP快樂(lè)含量的實(shí)際意義。相對(duì)于人們普遍耳熟能詳?shù)摹熬G色GDP”、“干凈GDP”等概念,“快樂(lè)GDP”更能體現(xiàn)人們從快速的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)當(dāng)中所獲取的實(shí)際福利增進(jìn)水平�，F(xiàn)實(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中人們之所以在擁有物質(zhì)財(cái)富的同時(shí)不能獲得與之相匹配的快樂(lè),從表面看是個(gè)人的心理感受問(wèn)題,而實(shí)際上卻折射著經(jīng)濟(jì)改革時(shí)期社會(huì)信用的缺失景象。因此,提高GDP快樂(lè)含量的根本途徑是,通過(guò)一定的制度安排和強(qiáng)化政府的作用構(gòu)建支撐經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的社會(huì)信任基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:This paper attempts to interpret the puzzles about the relationship between wealth and happiness which exist in modern economics through the psychological confusion of many Chinese people following the rapid growth of wealth since the economic reform. One of the contributions of this paper is to put forward the concept of "happy GDP". Compared with the popular concepts of "green GDP" and "clean GDP", "Happy GDP" can better reflect the reality that people get from the rapid economic growth. The reason why people in real economic life have material wealth at the same time can not be matched with the happiness, On the face of it, it is a matter of personal psychological feelings, but in fact it reflects the lack of social credit in the period of economic reform. Therefore, the fundamental way to increase GDP happiness is, Through certain institutional arrangements and strengthening the role of the government to build the social trust foundation to support economic growth.
