This paper discusses the impact of oil price to variables of China's economy as well as its conduction mechanism through a bisector-mixed-economy (BME) model which belongs to the category of real business cycle (RBC) models. The paper induces the comparative static effects between oil price and goods supply, sectoral product, GDP, employment, income of factors, prices of factors. The paper also induces the discriminant formula of the comparative static effect between GDP and oil price which show that consumption structure, relative real oil price as well as productive technical structure decide the direction of the change of GDP together, and the ratio of investment only affects the magnitude of the change. The policy meanings of this paper is that consumption structure policy, technical innovation, substitutive energy, monetary policy are the optional policy tools to minimize the disadvantage of oil price fluctuation.

The major purpose is to minimize developing cost and risk may occurred in human communication issues or other related problems. By executing our proposal, it will be easier to get consensus to benefit for future developing projects.
