【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化與中國糧食市場開放程度的不斷提高,國內(nèi)外糧食價(jià)格的關(guān)聯(lián)性日益增強(qiáng),然而國際糧食價(jià)格的上漲和下跌對國內(nèi)糧食價(jià)格的影響作用機(jī)制存在差異。本文基于時(shí)變概率馬爾科夫區(qū)制轉(zhuǎn)移(MSTVTP)模型,實(shí)證分析在糧食市場的不同運(yùn)行階段下,中國的合成糧食價(jià)格以及小麥、大米、大豆、玉米四類糧食價(jià)格受到國際價(jià)格的非對稱性影響及其差異性。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)國際糧食價(jià)格通過貿(mào)易途徑對國內(nèi)糧食價(jià)格的影響存在非對稱性效應(yīng),國內(nèi)糧食價(jià)格傾向于對國際糧食價(jià)格上漲時(shí)的波動產(chǎn)生過度反應(yīng),而對國際糧食價(jià)格下跌時(shí)的波動反應(yīng)不足。大豆受到國際價(jià)格影響最為顯著,其正向影響作用在國內(nèi)大豆價(jià)格上漲階段大于下跌階段;小麥、大米、玉米受到的非對稱性影響形式因貿(mào)易形勢、自給率等決定的價(jià)格傳遞形式不同而呈現(xiàn)差異。大豆低自給率和較高外貿(mào)依存度要求政府需健全大豆市場的政策保障,合理利用國際大豆價(jià)格的影響,規(guī)避國際市場異常波動對國內(nèi)市場價(jià)格的沖擊。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and the opening of China's grain market, the correlation of grain prices at home and abroad is increasing day by day. However, there are differences in the mechanism between the rise and fall of international food prices on domestic grain prices. This paper is based on the time-varying probabilistic Markov system transfer (MSTV) model. Empirical analysis of China's synthetic grain prices and wheat, rice, soybean under different stages of grain market operation. Four kinds of corn grain prices are affected by the asymmetry of international prices and their differences. It is found that there are asymmetric effects of international food prices on domestic food prices through trade channels. Domestic food prices tend to overreact to the fluctuations of international food prices, while they do not respond enough to the fluctuations of international food prices. Soybeans are most significantly affected by international prices. The positive effect was greater in the rising stage of domestic soybean price than in the declining stage. The asymmetric effects of wheat, rice, and corn are due to the trade situation. The low self-sufficiency rate and high dependence on foreign trade require the government to improve the policy guarantee of soybean market and make use of the influence of international soybean price. Avoid the impact of abnormal fluctuations in the international market on the domestic market prices.
