【摘要】：正2017年上半年我國(guó)馬鈴薯市場(chǎng)存在價(jià)格波動(dòng)大、下跌拐點(diǎn)來(lái)臨早、總體價(jià)格水平低、春薯窖存量同比提高、出口同比增加、進(jìn)口同比減少等特點(diǎn)。下半年馬鈴薯市場(chǎng)供應(yīng)總體寬松,薯價(jià)將低于2016年同期水平,預(yù)計(jì)跌幅為10%~20%。目前我國(guó)馬鈴薯產(chǎn)業(yè)存在階段性供過(guò)于求風(fēng)險(xiǎn)加大、種薯品質(zhì)低、專(zhuān)用品種少、加工程度低等突出問(wèn)題。馬鈴薯營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值高、適應(yīng)范圍廣、加工用途多,是我國(guó)第四大主糧作物和優(yōu)勢(shì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品。馬鈴薯產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)于改善城鄉(xiāng)居民主食營(yíng)養(yǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、推動(dòng)新一輪種植業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整以及保障國(guó)家糧食安全具有重要
[Abstract]:In the first half of 2017, the potato market in our country fluctuated greatly, the turning point of decline came early, the overall price level was low, the stock of spring potato cellar increased year on year, and the export increased year on year. The potato market supply in the second half of the year is generally loose, and the potato price will be lower than the level in the same period in 2016. At present, the potato industry in our country has some outstanding problems, such as increasing the risk of oversupply, low quality of seed potato, few special-purpose varieties, low processing degree and so on, and the nutritional value of potato is high. It is one of the 4th main grain crops and dominant agricultural products in China. The development of potato industry can improve the nutrition structure of urban and rural residents. It is important to promote a new round of crop restructuring and to ensure the national food security.
