【摘要】：9月7日,國(guó)家環(huán)保總局和國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)局聯(lián)合發(fā)布了《中國(guó)綠色國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)核算研究報(bào)告2004》綠皮書,這是中國(guó)有史以來第一份經(jīng)環(huán)境污染調(diào)整的GDP核算研究報(bào)告,標(biāo)志著中國(guó)的綠色國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)核算研究已經(jīng)取得了階段性成果。日前,本刊記者就《中國(guó)綠色國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)核算研究報(bào)告2004》發(fā)布的意義、研究成果以及綠色GDP核算下一步的目標(biāo)等問題,采訪了國(guó)家環(huán)�？偩指本珠L(zhǎng)潘岳。
[Abstract]:In September 7th, the State Environmental Protection Administration and the State Bureau of Statistics jointly issued the Green Paper of China's Green National accounts Research report 2004. This is the first study report of GDP accounting adjusted by environmental pollution in Chinese history, which indicates that the study of green national economic accounting in China has made a stage achievement. A few days ago. This reporter interviewed Pan Yue, deputy director of the State Environmental Protection Administration, on the significance of the publication of the "China Green National accounts Research report 2004", the research results and the next goal of green GDP accounting.
