【摘要】：正為了解決學術論文出版發(fā)表時滯過長的問題,本刊對已錄用的部分優(yōu)秀稿件,于紙質(zhì)期刊印刷出版前在中國學術期刊(光盤版)電子雜志社主辦的"中國知網(wǎng)"(www.cnki.net)上,以網(wǎng)絡首發(fā)及優(yōu)先數(shù)字出版方式,允許合作機構在全球范圍內(nèi)使用優(yōu)先出版稿件的信息網(wǎng)絡傳播權、數(shù)字化復制權、數(shù)字化匯
