【摘要】：本文構(gòu)建一個(gè)包含石油價(jià)格因素的動(dòng)態(tài)隨機(jī)一般均衡(DSGE)模型,通過將石油消費(fèi)分別引入家庭部門與廠商部門,研究石油價(jià)格、消費(fèi)偏好及生產(chǎn)技術(shù)等外生變量對(duì)我國宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)及石油類消費(fèi)品的動(dòng)態(tài)影響。研究表明:(1)石油價(jià)格下降對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長具有一定的負(fù)效應(yīng);巨災(zāi)情境下的石油價(jià)格暴跌,其對(duì)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的負(fù)面作用極大。(2)石油價(jià)格下降能夠在短期內(nèi)提升家庭與廠商的石油消費(fèi)量,對(duì)家庭非石油消費(fèi)的影響相對(duì)較小,中長期內(nèi)對(duì)三者的影響均不顯著;石油價(jià)格暴跌對(duì)石油消費(fèi)具有顯著的正效應(yīng),對(duì)家庭非石油消費(fèi)表現(xiàn)為負(fù)效應(yīng)。(3)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)改善對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長具有正效應(yīng),同時(shí)提升家庭與廠商的總消費(fèi)水平;巨災(zāi)情境下生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的大幅下降導(dǎo)致宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的下滑速率較石油價(jià)格暴跌相對(duì)平緩,且使得石油總消費(fèi)量也出現(xiàn)相對(duì)勻速的下降。(4)短期內(nèi)石油消費(fèi)受到石油價(jià)格的影響較大,而中長期內(nèi)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)決定了石油消費(fèi)的總體規(guī)模。
[Abstract]:A dynamic stochastic general equilibrium oil price factors to construct the model (DSGE), the oil consumption were introduced into the household sector and manufacturers department, on the oil price, the dynamic effect of consumer preferences and production techniques of exogenous variables on China's macro economy and oil consumption goods. Research shows that: (1) the price of oil fall has a negative effect on economic growth; catastrophe in the context of oil prices plummeted, the negative effect on macro economy greatly. (2) the drop in oil prices to enhance the family and firm in the short term impact on oil consumption, household non oil consumption is relatively small, medium and long term effects on the three were not significant; the oil price collapse has significant positive effect on oil consumption of household non oil consumption showed a negative effect. (3) the production technology improvement has a positive effect on economic growth, and enhance the family The total consumption level of court and manufacturers fell sharply; catastrophe situation of production technology leads to the macro-economic decline rate is plummeting oil prices relatively stable, and the total oil consumption also declined relatively uniform. (4) the short-term consumption of oil by the oil price impact of large, medium and long-term production technology the overall scale of oil consumption.
