【摘要】：本論文以河北梆子大型現(xiàn)代戲《晚雪》市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作獲得“五個(gè)一工程”獎(jiǎng)這一案例作為研究對(duì)象。這一課題的研究是在中國(guó)河北梆子現(xiàn)代戲市場(chǎng)處于發(fā)展困難,但又正在通過(guò)創(chuàng)新走在復(fù)蘇振興路上的背景下,研究具有積極的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。力爭(zhēng)得出對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)同類劇種的劇目市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作有力的理論總結(jié),豐富國(guó)內(nèi)河北梆子現(xiàn)代戲市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作規(guī)律的認(rèn)識(shí),對(duì)我國(guó)河北梆子現(xiàn)代戲在未來(lái)的發(fā)展起到促進(jìn)作用。論文從河北梆子現(xiàn)代戲《晚雪》的劇目管理、市場(chǎng)分析及營(yíng)銷管理、人力資源管理分析河北梆子現(xiàn)代戲《晚雪》發(fā)展中遇到的瓶頸及對(duì)策這四個(gè)方面展開(kāi)研究。重點(diǎn)對(duì)河北梆子現(xiàn)代戲《晚雪》本體規(guī)律進(jìn)行理論歸納,對(duì)作品進(jìn)入市場(chǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行理論歸納。論文的研究方法主要以實(shí)證為主與理論歸納相結(jié)合的模式,運(yùn)用田野工作以及案頭工作相結(jié)合的方法,通過(guò)對(duì)一手資料的直接研究觀察、學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐、采訪相關(guān)人員,分析相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)、資料文獻(xiàn)的手段,并對(duì)資料進(jìn)行梳理歸納、邏輯推理對(duì)河北梆子現(xiàn)代戲《晚雪》劇目管理、營(yíng)銷管理、人力資源管理運(yùn)作現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,找出其市場(chǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。同時(shí)筆者運(yùn)用當(dāng)下市場(chǎng)理論及文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的基本原理,通過(guò)邏輯推理法、歸納分析法,將理論與實(shí)踐充分相結(jié)合,力爭(zhēng)取得的結(jié)論真實(shí)可靠,有研究?jī)r(jià)值。依托藝術(shù)管理學(xué)、營(yíng)銷管理學(xué)、音樂(lè)學(xué)、市場(chǎng)管理學(xué)、心理學(xué)等不同學(xué)科知識(shí),尋找相關(guān)的理論支點(diǎn),結(jié)合當(dāng)前傳統(tǒng)戲劇市場(chǎng)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r調(diào)查及相關(guān)知識(shí),在較為深入的調(diào)查收納,邏輯分析上,總結(jié)出河北梆子現(xiàn)代戲《晚雪》的市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作的整體模式。
