【摘要】：正1地籍檔案的特點(diǎn)1.1地籍檔案信息量大。油田企業(yè)地籍檔案是指油田企業(yè)在土地管理活動中形成的以文字、圖表、聲像等形式反映土地活動、具有保存價值的歷史記錄。是一宗土地的身份證明,上面記載著土地的產(chǎn)權(quán)歸屬、權(quán)屬變更、開發(fā)利用等詳細(xì)信息。河南油田自上世紀(jì)七十年代開發(fā)建設(shè)以來,經(jīng)過四十多年的奮戰(zhàn),形成了分布區(qū)域廣,用地總量大,土地來源多樣,多種用地方式并存的土地格局。目前,室存檔案三萬余卷,跨年度,周期長,信息量大。
