公德與私德關(guān)系的歷史演進(jìn)與當(dāng)代建構(gòu)

【摘要】:道德建設(shè)是國家主導(dǎo)的系統(tǒng)工程,它通過把倫理轉(zhuǎn)化成道德促進(jìn)人的發(fā)展、維護(hù)社會(huì)交往的有序運(yùn)行。道德建設(shè)的實(shí)際效果和有待加強(qiáng)的著力點(diǎn)都是通過現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中人們的道德面貌反映出來的。當(dāng)前我國社會(huì)道德生活中存在著突出的問題,表現(xiàn)為公德嚴(yán)重缺失和公德與私德錯(cuò)位等現(xiàn)象。要有效地改變現(xiàn)狀,必須首先從理論上對(duì)公德、私德及其關(guān)系有較為清晰的認(rèn)識(shí)。本研究遵循馬克思主義邏輯與歷史相統(tǒng)一的原則,綜合運(yùn)用歷史研究、邏輯分析、比較研究等方法,研究在當(dāng)代道德建設(shè)中公德與私德應(yīng)該是怎樣的關(guān)系,以及在道德建設(shè)中如何建構(gòu)起公德與私德間的合理關(guān)系,以提高道德建設(shè)的實(shí)效。從這個(gè)論題出發(fā),本文通過對(duì)倫理與道德、公德與私德、道德建設(shè)、公共交往與私人交往等現(xiàn)象的研究和相關(guān)概念的限定,邏輯地揭示出:公德與私德兩種精神現(xiàn)象既有聯(lián)系又不相同,在道德建設(shè)中應(yīng)該正確處理二者的關(guān)系;當(dāng)代道德建設(shè)應(yīng)該是把公共交往倫理與私人交往倫理轉(zhuǎn)化為公德與私德的過程。在對(duì)道德建設(shè)中公德與私德的應(yīng)然關(guān)系進(jìn)行靜態(tài)的邏輯揭示的基礎(chǔ)上,研究我國不同時(shí)期的道德建設(shè)中公德與私德的實(shí)然關(guān)系的歷史演進(jìn),探究影響公德與私德關(guān)系的因素。通過對(duì)公德與私德展開靜態(tài)與動(dòng)態(tài)、邏輯與歷史相結(jié)合的研究,對(duì)于在當(dāng)代中國道德建設(shè)中如何建構(gòu)起公德與私德的合理關(guān)系進(jìn)行了探索。通過對(duì)歷史上不同時(shí)期道德建設(shè)中處理公德與私德的關(guān)系的梳理、研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)公德與私德的應(yīng)然關(guān)系能否在道德建設(shè)實(shí)踐中得以落實(shí)受到很多因素的影響,其中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)值得記取。中國傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)的道德建設(shè)把家庭倫理作為社會(huì)倫理的基礎(chǔ),在對(duì)待公德與私德的關(guān)系上過于偏重家庭道德這種私德,具有私德為主的特色。它是農(nóng)耕時(shí)代家為國本的反映,體現(xiàn)了中國傳統(tǒng)文化的內(nèi)核,其局限性在于強(qiáng)調(diào)血緣性、差序性、排他性等,并導(dǎo)致了人們?nèi)狈乱庾R(shí)、平等意識(shí)等問題。近代以來,由于民族危機(jī),使公德中的愛國、救國之德得到重視和弘揚(yáng)。尤其是新中國1949-1978年間的道德建設(shè)把革命倫理作為社會(huì)生活倫理的基礎(chǔ),以無產(chǎn)階級(jí)革命道德為核心和第一選擇,形成了公德主導(dǎo)的特色。無產(chǎn)階級(jí)革命道德與新中國先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)關(guān)系和社會(huì)制度相一致,使當(dāng)時(shí)的道德建設(shè)取得了重大成就。其不足是對(duì)私德重視不夠,甚至在“左”的思想影響下,要求徹底的無私;而且過于強(qiáng)調(diào)最高境界的公德,沒能顧及對(duì)較低層次的公德培育。改革開放以來的道德建設(shè)更加科學(xué)、務(wù)實(shí),但是,對(duì)公德與私德的合理關(guān)系尚缺乏足夠的自覺。依據(jù)公德與私德的內(nèi)在關(guān)系、適應(yīng)當(dāng)代社會(huì)交往日益分化為公共交往與私人交往的現(xiàn)實(shí)以及人的全面而自由發(fā)展的需要,結(jié)合歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)帶來的啟示,本研究提出當(dāng)代道德建設(shè)中應(yīng)該讓公德與私德各安其位、依存共生、良性互動(dòng)。公德與私德各安其位、并進(jìn)建設(shè)要在社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的引領(lǐng)下進(jìn)行。我們要通過多方位的道德教育使全社會(huì)理解、認(rèn)同公德與私德及其合理的關(guān)系;并且用制度保證公德與私德的并行建設(shè);同時(shí),引導(dǎo)個(gè)人從學(xué)思結(jié)合、知行相資、自訟慎獨(dú)等方面加強(qiáng)修身,以同步成就公德與私德,促進(jìn)人的全面而自由的發(fā)展和良好的社會(huì)道德風(fēng)尚的形成。
[Abstract]:Moral construction is a country-led system engineering, which promotes the orderly operation of social communication by transforming ethics into morality to promote human development. The actual effect of moral construction and the point of focus to be strengthened are reflected by the people's moral features in real life. At present, there are outstanding problems in the social moral life of our country. In order to change the current situation effectively, it is necessary to have a clearer understanding of the relationship between morality, private morality and its relationship. This study is based on the principle of unity of Marxism logic and history, and studies the relationship between morality and private morality in contemporary moral construction by means of historical research, logic analysis, comparative research and so on. And how to construct reasonable relationship between morality and private morality in moral construction, so as to improve the effect of moral construction. Starting from this topic, this article tries to reveal the relationship between ethics and morality, morality and morality, moral construction, public communication and private communication and related concepts. In moral construction, we should correctly handle the relationship between them. Contemporary moral construction should transform the ethics of public communication and the ethics of private communication into the process of morality and private morality. On the basis of static logic disclosure on the relationship between morality and private morality in moral construction, this paper studies the historical evolution of the relationship between morality and private morality in moral construction in different periods of our country, and explores the factors that influence the relationship between morality and private morality. Through the study of the combination of static and dynamic, logic and history in the contemporary Chinese moral construction, this paper probes into how to construct the reasonable relationship between morality and private morality in contemporary China's moral construction. Through the analysis of the relationship between morality and private morality in moral construction at different times in history, it is found that the relationship between the moral and private morality can be influenced by many factors in the practice of moral construction. The moral construction of Chinese traditional society regards family ethics as the basis of social ethics, which is too much emphasis on family morality in relation to morality and private morality, and has the characteristics of private morality. It is the reflection of the farming time home, which reflects the inner core of Chinese traditional culture, its limitation lies in emphasizing the consanguinity, poor sequence, exclusiveness and so on, and leads to the lack of consciousness of consciousness, equal consciousness and so on. Since modern times, as a result of the national crisis, the nation's patriotic and national salvation has been paid more attention to and carried forward. In particular, the moral construction of new China from 1949 to 1978 regards revolutionary ethics as the basis of social life ethics, with proletarian revolutionary morality as the core and the first choice, thus forming the characteristic of leadership. The revolutionary morality of the proletariat is consistent with the state-of-the-art production relations and social system of the new China, which has made great achievements in the moral construction at that time. It's not enough to pay attention to private morality, even in "Left" Under the influence of thought, it is required to be completely unselfish; moreover, it is too emphasized to have the highest level of moral education, without taking into account the cultivation of higher education. Since the reform and opening-up, the moral construction is more scientific and practical, but there is still a lack of self-consciousness for the reasonable relationship between the moral education and the private morality. On the basis of the internal relationship between marriage and private morality, it is necessary to adapt to the reality of public communication and private communication and the need of people's comprehensive and free development. The present study puts forward that the contemporary moral construction should make the people's own place, interdependence and benign interaction with each other. The construction of the socialist core values will be carried out under the leadership of the socialist core values. We should understand the whole society through multi-faceted moral education, identify the relationship between democracy and private morality, and use the system to ensure the parallel construction of the private and private sectors; meanwhile, guide the individual to strengthen the figure-flattering from the aspects of the combination of science, the knowledge, the self-litigation and the independence, etc. To promote the development of people's overall and free development and the formation of good social morality.
