社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系建設(shè)中的問(wèn)題與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】：社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系在黨的十六屆六中全會(huì)首次提出,在黨的十七大報(bào)告中正式確立,它為我們舉什么旗、走什么路、確立什么樣的精神狀態(tài)、遵守什么樣的道德規(guī)范提供了內(nèi)在價(jià)值依據(jù),為我們堅(jiān)持中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論自信、制度自信和道路自信提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)精神支撐。黨的十八大報(bào)告對(duì)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系進(jìn)行了高度提煉和概括,形成了社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀,為人們提供了簡(jiǎn)單明了的行為規(guī)范和價(jià)值判斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn),使人們的價(jià)值認(rèn)知達(dá)到較高的統(tǒng)一,最大限度的統(tǒng)一社會(huì)各階層的認(rèn)識(shí)。今天的中國(guó),正處于全面建成小康小康社會(huì),全面深化改革,全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó),全面從嚴(yán)治黨的偉大時(shí)代。同時(shí),由于全面深化改革,引起經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)生活的許多變動(dòng),導(dǎo)致人們?cè)S多價(jià)值觀念相互碰撞,意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)域出現(xiàn)困惑和混亂,這樣就會(huì)使人們思想很容易受到錯(cuò)誤思潮的影響,對(duì)中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義共同理想的形成造成了很大困難。本文以馬克思主義基本原理為指導(dǎo),立足于當(dāng)代中國(guó)意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)域的實(shí)際情況,在深入厘析價(jià)值、價(jià)值觀、價(jià)值體系,核心價(jià)值觀和核心價(jià)值體系,社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀和社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系等概念的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了當(dāng)代中國(guó)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系建設(shè)中存在的理論和實(shí)踐問(wèn)題,這些問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重影響和制約著社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系建設(shè),使社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系的功能和作用不能有效的發(fā)揮。文章深入分析了這些問(wèn)題存在的原因,同時(shí)對(duì)解決問(wèn)題的思路與對(duì)策進(jìn)行了探索和研究、在今天中國(guó),社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系面臨的問(wèn)題是什么,這是首先必須要回答的問(wèn)題。本文從思想認(rèn)識(shí)、行為方式、方法措施三個(gè)方面,詳細(xì)論述了當(dāng)前社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系建設(shè)中存在的問(wèn)題。這些問(wèn)題之所以存在,原因有很多方面,文章從物質(zhì)追求引起的價(jià)值偏失、精神生活引起的價(jià)值錯(cuò)亂、西方不良價(jià)值觀念造成的問(wèn)題三個(gè)角度分析了問(wèn)題存在的原因。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文從加強(qiáng)宣傳教育、營(yíng)造積極向上的文化氛圍、注重理論生成和實(shí)踐養(yǎng)成以及完善制度保障四個(gè)方面對(duì)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系建設(shè)中出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題的對(duì)策進(jìn)行了嘗試性的探索研究。本文創(chuàng)新之處在于,一是深刻地指出了社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系建設(shè)中的問(wèn)題,有一些新思路；二是辯證地分析社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系建設(shè)中問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的根源,有一些新內(nèi)容；三是探討了建設(shè)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系的思路與對(duì)策,有一些新觀點(diǎn)。社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系建設(shè)在今天仍是一項(xiàng)系艱巨而又復(fù)雜的工程,我們應(yīng)當(dāng)結(jié)合中國(guó)社會(huì)的實(shí)際情況,按照價(jià)值體系自身發(fā)展規(guī)律,積極進(jìn)行理論研究和實(shí)踐探索,這是時(shí)代賦予我們的光榮任務(wù)。
[Abstract]:The socialist core value system was put forward for the first time in the sixth Plenary session of the 16th CPC Central Committee and formally established in the report of the 17th National Congress of the Party. What flag did it hold for us, what way to take, what kind of spiritual state to establish, What kind of moral standard provides the inner value basis for us to adhere to the socialism with Chinese characteristics theory confidence, the system confidence and the road self-confidence provides the solid spiritual support. The report of the 18th National Congress of the Party has highly refined and summarized the socialist core value system, formed the socialist core values, and provided people with simple and clear standards of conduct and value judgment. Make the value cognition of people to achieve a higher unity, maximum unity of understanding of all levels of society. Today, China is in the great era of building a well-off society in an all-round way, deepening reform in an all-round way, comprehensively promoting the rule of law and administering the party strictly. At the same time, as a result of the comprehensive deepening of the reform, many changes in economic and social life have resulted in the collision of many people's values and confusion in the ideological field, which will make people's minds vulnerable to the influence of erroneous ideological trends. The formation of the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics has caused great difficulties. Guided by the basic principles of Marxism and based on the actual situation in the field of contemporary Chinese ideology, this paper analyzes the values, value systems, core values and core value systems in depth. Based on the concepts of socialist core values and socialist core value systems, the theoretical and practical problems existing in the construction of socialist core value systems in contemporary China are put forward. These problems seriously affect and restrict the construction of the socialist core value system, which makes the function and function of the socialist core value system unable to play an effective role. This paper deeply analyzes the reasons of these problems, and probes into the ideas and countermeasures to solve them. What are the problems facing the socialist core value system in China today, which is the first question that must be answered. This paper discusses in detail the problems existing in the construction of the socialist core value system from the three aspects of ideological cognition, behavior mode and methods and measures. There are many reasons for these problems. This paper analyzes the reasons from three angles: the value bias caused by material pursuit, the value disorder caused by spiritual life, and the problems caused by bad values in the West. On this basis, this paper from the strengthening of publicity and education, to create a positive cultural atmosphere, Focusing on the formation of theory and practice as well as perfecting the system guarantee, this paper makes a tentative exploration and study on the countermeasures of the problems in the construction of socialist core value system. The innovation of this paper lies in: first, it points out the problems in the construction of the socialist core value system, and has some new ideas; second, it dialectically analyzes the root causes of the problems in the construction of the socialist core value system, and has some new contents. The third is to explore the construction of socialist core value system of ideas and countermeasures, there are some new views. The construction of the socialist core value system is still a difficult and complex project today. We should actively carry out theoretical research and practical exploration according to the law of the development of the value system according to the actual situation of Chinese society. This is a glorious task entrusted to us by the times.
