【摘要】：要鞏固馬克思主義在意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)域的指導(dǎo)地位,掌握意識(shí)形態(tài)建設(shè)的主動(dòng)權(quán)和話語(yǔ)權(quán),就必須不斷探索用社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系引領(lǐng)社會(huì)思潮的科學(xué)有效方法和途徑。從方法角度看,用社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系引領(lǐng)社會(huì)思潮既是宣傳教育、典型示范、價(jià)值認(rèn)知與踐行逐步養(yǎng)成的有機(jī)結(jié)合的過(guò)程,也是法律約束、制度規(guī)范和政策保障有機(jī)結(jié)合的過(guò)程。鑒于新世紀(jì)新階段的引領(lǐng)工作正在經(jīng)歷三個(gè)根本變化,即引領(lǐng)的主客體思想狀況發(fā)生了根本變化、引領(lǐng)的環(huán)境發(fā)生了根本變化和引領(lǐng)的手段載體發(fā)生了根本變化,必須科學(xué)把握引領(lǐng)社會(huì)思潮的幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),即充分尊重社會(huì)主義意識(shí)形態(tài)發(fā)展規(guī)律,及時(shí)運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代科技和傳媒技術(shù)、積極發(fā)揮重點(diǎn)人群的身教作用,這應(yīng)該是當(dāng)前引領(lǐng)社會(huì)思潮的科學(xué)有效方法。
[Abstract]:In order to consolidate the guiding position of Marxism in the field of ideology and to master the initiative and the right to speak in the construction of ideology, we must constantly explore the scientific and effective ways to lead the social trend of thought with the socialist core value system. From the point of view of method, guiding the social trend of thought with the socialist core value system is not only a process of organically combining propaganda and education, typical demonstration, value cognition and practice, but also a legal constraint. In view of the three fundamental changes in the guiding work in the new century and the new stage, that is, the fundamental changes have taken place in the ideological situation of the subject and the object, in the environment of the guidance, and in the carrier of the means leading, We must scientifically grasp the key points that lead the trend of social thought, that is, we should fully respect the law of the development of socialist ideology, use modern science and technology and media technology in a timely manner, and actively give full play to the role of the key people in personal education. This should be the current leading social trend of scientific and effective methods.
