【摘要】：張璁開明代"嘉隆萬大改革"的端緒,從張璁、高拱到張居正的改革,一脈相承。張璁開出的革新事業(yè)的精神支撐,是時代價值的體現。講仁愛的精神。主張仁愛德讓,王道之本,州縣官吏為人民父母官,應提拔有愛民之誠,有守己之操,有處事之才的人。重民本的精神。要重民生衣食之本,認為治天下之本在安民。要切實解決百姓的生存權,清理莊田,分給農民,撤除鎮(zhèn)守太監(jiān)。嚴禁貪的精神。不許饋送京官財物,議于公朝,不得謀于私室,天下之治,正家為先。倡革新的精神。革新科舉制度,改革邊防制度和監(jiān)察制度以及改革祀孔制度。尚和合的精神。張璁引用齊景公與晏嬰對話的和同之辯,說明治國理政"得由和興,失由同起"的道理,君臣上下,天地萬物皆和合,治道成,祈盼喜見今朝天地和。習近平主席說,"深入挖掘和闡發(fā)中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化講仁愛、重民本、守誠信、崇正義、尚和合、求大同的時代價值",這是涵養(yǎng)核心價值觀的重要源泉。
