【摘要】：政治說(shuō)理是統(tǒng)治階級(jí)主動(dòng)通過(guò)說(shuō)理的方式,借由話語(yǔ)表達(dá)傳遞統(tǒng)治階級(jí)的政治意識(shí)和思想主張的過(guò)程,目的是要達(dá)成統(tǒng)一的思想認(rèn)識(shí),維護(hù)既定的社會(huì)秩序。主流意識(shí)形態(tài)話語(yǔ)權(quán)是一個(gè)社會(huì)主流意識(shí)形態(tài)通過(guò)話語(yǔ)途徑實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)社會(huì)思想整合與引領(lǐng)、對(duì)社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)施加影響的能力和權(quán)力。二者都是統(tǒng)治階級(jí)進(jìn)行政治統(tǒng)治和社會(huì)治理的重要方式,二者之間存在著相互影響和促進(jìn)的關(guān)系。而當(dāng)前中國(guó)社會(huì)主流意識(shí)形態(tài)話語(yǔ)權(quán)不斷受到挑戰(zhàn)和威脅,其中重要的原因就是政治說(shuō)理的普遍匱乏。為此,要通過(guò)在政府日常工作中、塑造社會(huì)整體說(shuō)理氛圍中、政治宣傳中貫穿政治說(shuō)理,推動(dòng)主流意識(shí)形態(tài)話語(yǔ)權(quán)的提升。
[Abstract]:Political reasoning is the process by which the ruling class conveys the political consciousness and ideological ideas of the ruling class by means of discourse, the purpose of which is to achieve a unified ideological understanding and to maintain the established social order. The discourse right of mainstream ideology is the ability and power of a social mainstream ideology to integrate and lead social thoughts and exert influence on social practice through discourse. Both are important ways for the ruling class to govern politically and socially, and there is a mutual influence and promotion relationship between them. At present, the right to speak of mainstream ideology in China is constantly challenged and threatened, among which the main reason is the general lack of political reasoning. Therefore, in the daily work of the government, to shape the overall social reasoning atmosphere, political propaganda throughout the political reasoning, to promote the mainstream ideology discourse power.
