【摘要】：價(jià)值觀作為一種社會(huì)現(xiàn)象,是一個(gè)國家在發(fā)展過程中潛移默化形成的為一國人民所共同遵循的價(jià)值信仰。蘇聯(lián)作為一個(gè)新生的社會(huì)主義國家,就應(yīng)該有其特有的核心價(jià)值觀,否則,它就難以成其為一個(gè)獨(dú)立的社會(huì)形態(tài)。盡管蘇共黨的歷史上沒有對社會(huì)主義價(jià)值觀的相關(guān)論述與概念界定,但這并不代表蘇共在長達(dá)70多年的執(zhí)政長河中沒有價(jià)值觀的建設(shè)和信仰。恰恰相反,蘇共黨政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人都曾致力于建設(shè)蘇聯(lián)自身的社會(huì)主義價(jià)值觀。可以說,蘇共社會(huì)主義價(jià)值觀深深地蘊(yùn)含在蘇共成立之初所喊出的“和平、面包、土地”的口號(hào)中,蘊(yùn)含在蘇共黨的基本綱領(lǐng)中,蘊(yùn)含在每一位蘇共黨員和人民群眾所為之奮斗的目標(biāo)中,蘊(yùn)含在蘇聯(lián)濃厚的社會(huì)主義社會(huì)的風(fēng)氣中。但因?yàn)榉N種原因,蘇共社會(huì)主義價(jià)值觀的建設(shè)逐漸偏離了社會(huì)主義方向,成為導(dǎo)致蘇共亡黨亡國的根本原因。本文以蘇共社會(huì)主義價(jià)值觀的歷史發(fā)展為研究對象,運(yùn)用歷史考察法、文獻(xiàn)研究法等方法,試圖從蘇共社會(huì)主義價(jià)值觀建設(shè)的歷史演變、基本特征、遇到的問題、歷史教訓(xùn)等方面對蘇共的社會(huì)主義價(jià)值觀進(jìn)行深入研究,希望通過對本課題的研究,能夠?qū)μK共社會(huì)主義價(jià)值觀有一個(gè)深刻的認(rèn)識(shí),并對中國的價(jià)值觀建設(shè)有所啟示。本文的邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)如下:第一部分主要從理論上探究價(jià)值和價(jià)值觀的內(nèi)涵,包括國家層面的和個(gè)人層面的,以及介紹作為無產(chǎn)階級(jí)政黨的蘇共的價(jià)值觀所應(yīng)當(dāng)展現(xiàn)的應(yīng)有之義,并從黨的宗旨和社會(huì)主義政黨的要求等方面論述作為無產(chǎn)階級(jí)政黨的價(jià)值觀與資產(chǎn)階級(jí)政黨的價(jià)值觀的區(qū)別。第二部分主要從列寧時(shí)期、斯大林時(shí)期、后斯大林時(shí)期、戈?duì)柊蛦谭驎r(shí)期這四個(gè)階段來探尋蘇共社會(huì)主義價(jià)值觀建設(shè)的歷史演變:主要從蘇共黨章的確立和修改、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的重要論述、歷次黨代會(huì)的報(bào)告、以及整個(gè)社會(huì)風(fēng)氣等方面來對每一個(gè)階段的價(jià)值觀建設(shè)進(jìn)行明確的內(nèi)涵總結(jié)和特征分析,讓我們對蘇共的社會(huì)主義價(jià)值觀是怎樣一步一步被淹沒有一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的了解。第三部分主要分析蘇共在價(jià)值觀建設(shè)上的問題,這些問題主要包括西方和平演變戰(zhàn)略對蘇共社會(huì)主義價(jià)值觀的沖擊、蘇共對社會(huì)主義價(jià)值觀建設(shè)的不重視、蘇聯(lián)社會(huì)風(fēng)氣日益惡化,難以形成正確的社會(huì)主義價(jià)值觀等。通過深入挖掘和反思,最終得出蘇共亡黨亡國的根源在于忽視社會(huì)主義價(jià)值觀的建設(shè)。第四部分主要分析蘇共社會(huì)主義價(jià)值觀建設(shè)的慘痛教訓(xùn)及其對我黨的啟示。對蘇共社會(huì)主義價(jià)值觀建設(shè)的歷史教訓(xùn)進(jìn)行反思,我們深刻地認(rèn)識(shí)到,必須清醒認(rèn)識(shí)到社會(huì)主義價(jià)值觀建設(shè)的重要性、必須堅(jiān)持社會(huì)主義價(jià)值觀建設(shè)的馬克思主義方向、必須堅(jiān)持社會(huì)主義價(jià)值觀建設(shè)的人民群眾主體地位、必須堅(jiān)決反對和抵制西方資本主義國家的和平演變。唯有如此,我們黨的社會(huì)主義價(jià)值觀建設(shè)才能避免重蹈覆轍,才能在紛繁復(fù)雜的國際國內(nèi)環(huán)境下綻放出絢麗的光彩,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)世界社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的大發(fā)展、大繁榮。
[Abstract]:The Soviet Union, as a new socialist country, should have its own core values. Otherwise, it would be difficult for it to become an independent social form. There is no relevant exposition and definition of socialist values in history, but this does not mean that the Communist Party of Soviet Union has no values and beliefs in the long course of its administration for more than 70 years. The slogan of "peace, bread, land" which was called out at the beginning of the founding of the Soviet Communist Party contained in the basic program of the Soviet Communist Party, in the goal that every member of the Soviet Communist Party and the people struggled for, and in the atmosphere of the socialist society of the Soviet Union. This article takes the historical development of the socialist values of the Soviet Communist Party as the research object, and tries to analyze the historical evolution, basic characteristics, problems encountered and historical lessons of the construction of the socialist values of the Soviet Communist Party by using the methods of historical investigation and literature study. In this paper, the logical structure of the paper is as follows: The first part mainly explores the connotation of value and values in theory, including the state. The second part is mainly about the Lenin period. In the Dalin period, the post-Stalin period and Gorbachev's period, the historical evolution of the construction of socialist values of the Soviet Communist Party was explored in these four stages: mainly from the establishment and revision of the Soviet Communist Party Constitution, the important exposition of leaders, the reports of successive Party congresses, and the general mood of society to illustrate the construction of values in each stage. The third part mainly analyzes the problems in the construction of the Soviet Communist Party's values, which mainly include the impact of the Western Peaceful Evolution Strategy on the socialist values of the Soviet Communist Party, and the impact of the Soviet Communist Party on the social principals. Through deep excavation and reflection, it is concluded that the root of the subjugation of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union lies in the neglect of the construction of socialist values. The fourth part mainly analyzes the bitter lessons of the construction of socialist values of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. Reflecting on the historical lessons of the construction of socialist values of the Soviet Communist Party, we have come to realize profoundly that we must awake to the importance of the construction of socialist values, adhere to the Marxist orientation of the construction of socialist values, and uphold the people's principal position in the construction of socialist values. Only in this way can our party's socialist values construction avoid repeating the mistakes, and can it blossom brilliantly in the complicated international and domestic environment, thus promoting the great development and prosperity of the world's socialist cause.
