【摘要】：黨的十八大把生態(tài)文明建設(shè)提升到國家"五位一體"新高度,提出建設(shè)"美麗中國"詩化愿景。隨著旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,我國逐步進(jìn)入大眾旅游時代。然而公民旅游過程中不文明行為時有發(fā)生,損害了國家形象和國際地位,公民旅游文明素質(zhì)不容樂觀。文章闡述了當(dāng)前公民旅游文明素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀,并從心理層面、制度層面、管理層面、教育層面以及文化層面分析其原因,最后結(jié)合"美麗中國"的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵即"百姓之美"、"制度之美"、"治理之美"、"和諧之美"、"文化之美"提出培育公民旅游文明素質(zhì)的路徑。具體來說本文共分為五個部分:第一部分為緒論部分。本部分主要介紹了本文的選題目的和意義,重點介紹和評析了與本論題相關(guān)的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,同時尋求培育公民旅游文明素質(zhì)的理論支撐。此外,對本論文的主要研究方法和創(chuàng)新點進(jìn)行介紹。第二部分,針對"美麗中國"與公民旅游文明素質(zhì)這兩個基本理念進(jìn)行簡要界定,并闡述了培育公民旅游文明素質(zhì)與"美麗中國"的關(guān)系。第三部分,針對目前我國公民旅游文明素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題及原因進(jìn)行探索式研究和思考。結(jié)合公民旅游文明素質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題,深入分析公民旅游文明素質(zhì)存在問題的原因,進(jìn)一步尋求培育公民旅游文明素質(zhì)具體路徑。第四部分,主要論述"美麗中國"視域下培育公民旅游文明素質(zhì)的路徑。第一,實現(xiàn)"百姓之美"進(jìn)行全民性文明旅游教育;第二,實現(xiàn)"制度之美"構(gòu)建完整的生態(tài)旅游法律體系;第三,實現(xiàn)"治理之美"探索文明旅游管理長效機(jī)制;第四,實現(xiàn)"和諧之美"努力開展旅游教育培育工作;第五,實現(xiàn)"文化之美"積極樹立正確的旅游文化觀。第五部分,結(jié)語。對全文進(jìn)行總結(jié)概述。本文在"美麗中國"視域下開展公民旅游文明素質(zhì)培育工作,不僅從理論上為提升公民旅游文明素質(zhì)研究提供有力的支持而且能夠從現(xiàn)實層面喚醒人們的思想意識,引起公民對于自身旅游文明素質(zhì)的重視,同時開展公民旅游文明素質(zhì)培育工作對促進(jìn)旅游業(yè)平穩(wěn)較快發(fā)展,實現(xiàn)文明旅游有著十分重要的積極意義。
[Abstract]:The 18th National Congress of the Party promoted the construction of ecological civilization to a new height of "five in one", and put forward the poetic vision of building "beautiful China". With the development of tourism industry, China has gradually entered the age of mass tourism. However, uncivilized behavior occurs frequently in the process of citizen tourism, which damages the national image and international status, and the civilization quality of citizen tourism is not optimistic. This paper expounds the present situation of citizen tourism civilization quality, and analyzes the reasons from psychological level, system level, management level, education level and culture level. Finally, combining with the scientific connotation of "beautiful China", that is, "beauty of people", "beauty of system", "beauty of governance", "beauty of harmony" and "beauty of culture", this paper puts forward the way to cultivate the quality of tourism civilization of citizens. Specifically, this paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction. This part mainly introduces the purpose and significance of this paper, focuses on the domestic and foreign research status related to this topic, and seeks to cultivate the theoretical support of citizen tourism civilization quality. In addition, the main research methods and innovations of this paper are introduced. The second part briefly defines the two basic concepts of "beautiful China" and citizen's tourism civilization quality, and expounds the relationship between cultivating citizen's tourism civilization quality and "beautiful China". In the third part, the present situation, problems and reasons of citizen tourism civilization quality in China are studied and pondered. Combined with the present situation and existing problems of citizen tourism civilization quality, the causes of citizen tourism civilization quality problems are deeply analyzed, and the concrete path of cultivating citizen tourism civilization quality is further sought. The fourth part mainly discusses the path of cultivating citizen's tourism civilization quality under the view of "beautiful China". First, to realize the "beauty of the people" and carry out the education of civilized tourism of the whole people; second, to realize the beauty of the system and construct a complete legal system of ecotourism; third, to realize the beauty of governance and explore the long-term mechanism of civilized tourism management; fourth, To realize the beauty of harmony and to develop the cultivation of tourism education; fifthly, to realize the beauty of culture and to set up a correct view of tourism culture. The fifth part, conclusion. Summarize the full text. This article develops the citizen tourism civilization quality cultivation work under the "beautiful China" horizon, not only provides the powerful support for the promotion citizen tourism civilization quality research theoretically, but also can awaken people's thought consciousness from the realistic aspect. It is of great significance for citizens to attach importance to their own tourism civilization quality and to carry out the cultivation of citizen tourism civilization quality to promote the steady and rapid development of tourism industry and to realize civilized tourism.
