中國工匠精神研究

【摘要】：提煉和概括"什么是中國工匠精神"是增進工匠精神社會共識與教育引導的首要問題�；�"工匠"內涵的解讀及其"中國古代工匠精神"的歷史探究,將"工匠"專業(yè)成長的階段與"尚技崇德"的工匠品質作為提煉和概括中國工匠精神的層次維度與內容維度。初級階段工匠精神的主要內容是"模仿作為工匠的心理建設",高級階段工匠精神的主要內容則體現(xiàn)為"作為工匠的境界追求"。"精益求精、寧靜致遠"作為高級階段中國工匠精神的具體表述,應成為"中國制造人"建立和培養(yǎng)質量意識的價值指引。
[Abstract]:To refine and summarize "what is the spirit of Chinese craftsmen" is the most important issue to enhance the social consensus of craftsmen 'spirit and the guidance of education. Based on the interpretation of the connotation of "craftsman" and the historical exploration of "Chinese ancient craftsman's spirit", the stage of professional growth of "craftsman" and the craftsman's quality of "ShangjiChongde" are taken as the stratified dimension and content dimension of Chinese craftsman's spirit. The main content of the craftsman's spirit in the primary stage is "imitating the psychological construction of the craftsman", and the main content of the artisans' spirit in the advanced stage is "the pursuit of the state as the craftsman". As a concrete expression of Chinese craftsman's spirit at the advanced stage, it should be the value guide for "made in China" to establish and cultivate quality consciousness.
