【摘要】：在黨的十八大報(bào)告所倡導(dǎo)的社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀中,“敬業(yè)”是黨立足于我國公民個(gè)人層面而提出的社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值目標(biāo)之一。改革開放的全方位深入和社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的蓬勃發(fā)展,使得作為公民職業(yè)道德核心的敬業(yè)價(jià)值觀,在社會(huì)發(fā)展過程中的地位更為凸顯,其作用也越發(fā)重要。因此,對(duì)公民進(jìn)行敬業(yè)價(jià)值觀的培育,讓他們理解社會(huì)主義敬業(yè)價(jià)值觀的內(nèi)涵和意義,積極探索出一系列推動(dòng)公民敬業(yè)價(jià)值觀踐行的途徑和方法,是實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)進(jìn)步與民族復(fù)興所必須要重視和解決的一個(gè)重大課題。在悠久的歷史演變中所形成的敬業(yè)價(jià)值觀是中華民族優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)的體現(xiàn),其內(nèi)涵豐富,意義重大。它是熱愛本職的工作風(fēng)貌,是履職擔(dān)責(zé)的職業(yè)操守,是精益求精的執(zhí)事態(tài)度,是艱苦奮斗的奉獻(xiàn)精神,更是堅(jiān)定不移的人生信仰。但在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中,由于公民價(jià)值觀念的迷失、敬業(yè)觀念知行的背離、利益分配格局的不公、監(jiān)督保障機(jī)制的滯后等問題的出現(xiàn),嚴(yán)重影響了敬業(yè)價(jià)值觀培育和踐行的成效。對(duì)此,我們可以從國家、社會(huì)、個(gè)人三個(gè)層面著手,加大國家政策與機(jī)制支持,充分發(fā)揮社會(huì)的積極推動(dòng)作用,加強(qiáng)對(duì)公民個(gè)人的敬業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育,通過一系列切實(shí)有效的手段與方法,大力推動(dòng)我國公民社會(huì)主義敬業(yè)價(jià)值觀的培育和踐行。本文借鑒了相關(guān)的學(xué)術(shù)文獻(xiàn)與研究成果,主要從溯源、內(nèi)涵、問題、途徑這四個(gè)方面對(duì)敬業(yè)價(jià)值觀作出分析解讀。敬業(yè)價(jià)值觀作為社會(huì)公民必不可少的思想價(jià)值觀念,它關(guān)系著我國現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)發(fā)展的未來,探索其實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑對(duì)于我國公民敬業(yè)價(jià)值觀的有效培育和踐行至關(guān)重要。
[Abstract]:In the socialist core values advocated in the report of the 18th National Congress of the Party, "respect for one's work" is one of the socialist core value goals put forward by the Party based on the individual level of Chinese citizens. With the deepening of reform and opening up and the vigorous development of socialist market economy, the values of respect for professional respect, which are the core of citizen's professional ethics, play a more and more important role in the process of social development. Therefore, it is necessary to cultivate the values of respect to work for the citizens, so that they can understand the connotation and significance of the values of respect for professional engagement in socialism, and actively explore a series of ways and methods to promote the implementation of the values of respect for the work of citizens. It is an important subject that must be paid attention to and solved in order to realize social progress and national rejuvenation. The values of professionalism formed in the long historical evolution are the embodiment of the fine tradition of the Chinese nation, which is rich in connotation and of great significance. It is the work style of loving one's own duty, the professional ethics of performing one's duties, the deacons' attitude of striving for perfection, the dedication spirit of hard struggle, and the unswerving belief in life. However, in real life, due to the loss of civic values, the deviation of the concept of professional engagement, the unfair distribution of interests and the lagging of supervision and security mechanism, the effectiveness of the cultivation and practice of professional values has been seriously affected. In this regard, we can start from the national, social, and personal levels, increase the support of national policies and mechanisms, give full play to the positive role of society, and strengthen the education of individual citizens' professional values. Through a series of practical and effective means and methods, we will vigorously promote the cultivation and practice of the values of socialist professionalism of Chinese citizens. This article draws lessons from relevant academic literature and research results, mainly from the source, connotation, problems, ways to analyze the values of professional engagement. As an indispensable ideological value of social citizens, the value of respect for work is related to the future of the development of China's modernization. It is of great importance to explore the ways to realize it for the effective cultivation and practice of the values of respect for the profession of our citizens.
