話語體系創(chuàng)新:實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡化條件下黨的意識形態(tài)領導權(quán)的先決條件

【摘要】：意識形態(tài)話語體系建設是黨的意識形態(tài)領導權(quán)實現(xiàn)的先決條件,其價值性話語有助于民眾形成價值認同和情感認同,其目標性話語有助于民眾形成理想認同和目標認同,其策略性話語有助于民眾形成制度認同和政策認同。網(wǎng)絡化條件下,西方話語的滲透削弱黨的意識形態(tài)話語的理性權(quán)威,大眾話語的沖擊削弱黨的意識形態(tài)話語的文化引領作用,意識形態(tài)話語表述上的政治術(shù)語化降低黨的意識形態(tài)話語的社會認同,意識形態(tài)話語體系建設滯后于實踐導致出現(xiàn)一定程度的話語困局。從意識形態(tài)話語建設層面實現(xiàn)黨的意識形態(tài)領導權(quán),需要構(gòu)建面向國際傳播和社會大眾的具有中國特色、中國風格、中國氣派的話語系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:The construction of ideological discourse system is a prerequisite for the realization of the Party's ideological leadership. Its value discourse contributes to the formation of value identity and emotional identity of the people, and its target discourse contributes to the formation of ideal identity and target identity. Its strategic discourse helps people to form institutional identity and policy identity. Under the condition of network, the infiltration of western discourse weakens the rational authority of the Party's ideological discourse, and the impact of mass discourse weakens the cultural leading role of the Party's ideological discourse. The political terminology in the expression of ideological discourse reduces the social identity of the Party's ideological discourse, and the construction of the ideological discourse system lags behind the practice, resulting in a certain degree of discourse difficulties. In order to realize the Party's ideological leadership from the level of ideological discourse construction, it is necessary to construct a discourse system with Chinese characteristics, Chinese style and Chinese style for international communication and social mass.
