【摘要】：國家治理現(xiàn)代化逐漸成為當今世界各國共同面臨的時代課題。提升國家治理體系與治理能力現(xiàn)代化水平,需要全社會凝聚共識,形成合力,共同參與。社會主義核心價值觀是全國各族人民的價值信奉,是正能量的集聚,與國家治理現(xiàn)代化所需要的共識品質(zhì)相契合。作為后發(fā)外生型現(xiàn)代化國家的中國,自由、民主與法治等現(xiàn)代價值需要進一步成長,在推進國家治理現(xiàn)代化進程中,更要以社會主義核心價值觀為引領塑造國家治理精神品質(zhì),以建構中國特色國家治理現(xiàn)代化路徑。
[Abstract]:The modernization of national governance has gradually become a common topic in the world. To improve the modernization level of national governance system and governance ability, we need the whole society to gather consensus, form a joint force and participate together. The socialist core value is the value belief of the people of all nationalities in China, it is the gathering of positive energy, which is in accord with the consensus quality needed for the modernization of national governance. As a latecomer modern country, the modern values of freedom, democracy and rule of law need to be further developed. In the process of promoting the modernization of national governance, the socialist core values should be taken as the guide to shape the spirit of national governance. In order to construct the modern way of governance with Chinese characteristics.
