【摘要】：愛國(guó)主義教育是團(tuán)結(jié)全國(guó)各族人民的有力保障,是社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化事業(yè)的智力支撐。在進(jìn)行愛國(guó)主義教育的眾多實(shí)施方法中,榜樣教育一直是較傳統(tǒng)且行之有效的模式。在榜樣教育的的長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)用過程中,通過多種方式為民眾樹立典型,不斷傳遞正能量,樹立了良好社會(huì)風(fēng)尚,增強(qiáng)了民族自豪感和自信心,對(duì)愛國(guó)主義教育產(chǎn)生了巨大的促進(jìn)作用。同時(shí)愛國(guó)主義又是榜樣教育的重要內(nèi)容,二者是相互促進(jìn),相輔相成。通過梳理我國(guó)各個(gè)時(shí)期獨(dú)具民族特色的愛國(guó)主義教育傳統(tǒng)看出,榜樣示范始終擔(dān)當(dāng)著傳遞社會(huì)價(jià)值觀念、維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的重要角色,并且發(fā)揮了卓有成效的推動(dòng)作用。但隨著改革開放深入發(fā)展,我國(guó)國(guó)際和國(guó)內(nèi)的社會(huì)現(xiàn)狀的發(fā)生了深刻的變化,民眾的價(jià)值觀念越來越多元化,雖然榜樣教育模式在激發(fā)了廣大群眾的愛國(guó)情感,振奮民族精神、增強(qiáng)民族凝聚力方面產(chǎn)生了一定影響,但效力有所弱化。受社會(huì)環(huán)境、教育方式和教育主體變化等多種因素的影響,榜樣教育模式面臨著目標(biāo)形式化、內(nèi)容形式化、方法工具化、教育資源整合不利的困境。社會(huì)上出現(xiàn)了學(xué)典型形式化、對(duì)榜樣態(tài)度冷漠,甚至惡搞、丑化榜樣等現(xiàn)象。由此可見,更新愛國(guó)主義教育理念,優(yōu)化榜樣教育模式就勢(shì)在必行。針對(duì)榜樣教育在運(yùn)用中存在的不足和與實(shí)際不相適應(yīng)的地方,需要從教育目標(biāo)、教育內(nèi)容、教育方法和教育途徑四個(gè)方面入手,提升增強(qiáng)榜樣示范在愛國(guó)教育中的實(shí)效性。首先,明確教育目標(biāo),更新愛國(guó)理念。倡導(dǎo)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀,樹立理性包容的教育理念。同時(shí)堅(jiān)持知情意行統(tǒng)一的目標(biāo),促進(jìn)立言立行。其次,豐富教育內(nèi)容,激發(fā)愛國(guó)情感。將歷史人物與現(xiàn)實(shí)需要結(jié)合,樹典型與生活化結(jié)合,不斷吸收借鑒外國(guó)先進(jìn)教育優(yōu)勢(shì)。再次,優(yōu)化教育方法,避免單一化。通過顯性教育與隱性教育相互滲透、傳統(tǒng)方法與現(xiàn)代技術(shù)相結(jié)合、榜樣管理與自我教育相結(jié)合、愛國(guó)認(rèn)知與行為實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,各種方法彼此相互補(bǔ)充,揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短。最后,拓寬教育途徑,強(qiáng)化教育效果。社會(huì)、學(xué)校、家庭三種教育資源形成合力,確保受教育者在學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)的認(rèn)知能在家庭中得以鞏固,并適應(yīng)社會(huì)變化。因此,榜樣教育模式必須不斷創(chuàng)新,遵循受教育者主體發(fā)展需要,形成科學(xué)合理的教育模式,才能強(qiáng)化和提高它對(duì)愛國(guó)主義教育的實(shí)效性,幫助民眾真正實(shí)現(xiàn)愛國(guó)之情、報(bào)國(guó)之志和效國(guó)之行的統(tǒng)一。
[Abstract]:Patriotism education is the strong guarantee of uniting the people of all ethnic groups and the intellectual support of socialist modernization. Among the many methods of patriotism education, example education has been a more traditional and effective model. In the long application of the role model education, through various ways to set up a typical for the people, constantly transfer positive energy, set up a good social style, enhance national pride and self-confidence, It has played a great role in promoting patriotism education. At the same time patriotism is an important part of example education, the two promote each other and complement each other. Through combing the patriotic educational tradition with unique national characteristics in each period of our country, we can see that the role of example demonstration has always played an important role in transmitting social values and maintaining social stability, and has played an effective role in promoting it. However, with the in-depth development of reform and opening up, profound changes have taken place in China's international and domestic social situation, and the values of the people are becoming more and more diversified, although the model of example education has inspired the patriotic feelings of the broad masses and inspired the national spirit. The enhancement of national cohesion has had a certain impact, but its effectiveness has been weakened. Influenced by many factors such as social environment, educational method and educational subject, the model of example education is faced with the dilemma of formalization of goal, formalization of content, tool of method and unfavorable integration of educational resources. In the society, there are typical formalization of learning, apathy towards role models, even parody, and vilification of role models. Thus, it is imperative to renew the concept of patriotism education and optimize the model of education. In order to improve the effectiveness of example demonstration in patriotic education, it is necessary to improve the effectiveness of example demonstration in patriotic education from four aspects: educational goal, educational content, educational method and educational approach. In view of the deficiency in the application of role model education and its incompatibility with reality, it is necessary to improve the effectiveness of example demonstration in patriotic education. First of all, make clear the educational goal, renew the patriotic idea. We should advocate socialist core values and establish rational and inclusive educational concepts. At the same time, adhere to the goal of unity of knowledge, love and intention, and promote the establishment of words and deeds. Second, enrich the content of education, stimulate patriotic feelings. Combining historical figures with the needs of reality, combining tree model with life, absorbing and learning from foreign advanced educational advantages. Third, optimize the educational methods and avoid the simplification. Through the mutual penetration of explicit education and recessive education, the combination of traditional methods and modern technology, the combination of example management and self-education, the combination of patriotic cognition and practice of behavior, various methods complement each other and take advantage of their advantages and avoid weaknesses. Finally, widen the educational way, strengthen the educational effect. Three kinds of educational resources, society, school and family, form a joint force to ensure that the educatee's cognition of learning in school can be consolidated in the family and adapt to social changes. Therefore, the model of example education must be innovated constantly, follow the needs of the subject of education, and form a scientific and reasonable educational model, in order to strengthen and improve the effectiveness of its education in patriotism, and help the people to realize their patriotic feelings. The unity of the desire to serve the country and the visit to emulate the country.
