【摘要】：國有企業(yè)在"走出去"過程中面臨著不同于國內(nèi)的外部環(huán)境,致使海外項目職工生活和工作壓力增大,思想狀況呈現(xiàn)出新情況新特點。無論對職工個人成長還是對企業(yè)發(fā)展、國家利益維護(hù)來說,加強(qiáng)海外項目職工思想政治工作都非常必要。要充分發(fā)揮我們黨思想政治工作的優(yōu)勢和傳統(tǒng),根據(jù)海外工作的特殊環(huán)境建立健全三大機(jī)制,構(gòu)建海外項目思想保證體系,推進(jìn)海外職工思想政治工作。
[Abstract]:In the process of "going out", state-owned enterprises are faced with different external environment, which results in the increase of life and work pressure of overseas project staff and workers, and the new situation and new characteristics of the ideological situation. It is necessary to strengthen the ideological and political work of overseas project workers, both for the personal growth of employees and the development of enterprises and the maintenance of national interests. We should give full play to the advantages and traditions of our party's ideological and political work, establish and perfect three major mechanisms according to the special environment of overseas work, construct an ideological guarantee system for overseas projects, and promote the ideological and political work of overseas workers and staff.
