【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)在給我們的工作、學(xué)習(xí)、生活等帶來巨大變革的同時(shí),也給我們帶來了諸多的負(fù)效應(yīng),其中精準(zhǔn)的電信詐騙就是突出的問題之一。大數(shù)據(jù)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)讓傳統(tǒng)詐騙變成了具有隔空、隱形、面廣、精準(zhǔn)諸特點(diǎn)的新型詐騙。騙子利用大數(shù)據(jù)挖掘出行騙對(duì)象的詳細(xì)信息,利用電信、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)精準(zhǔn)詐騙,大眾生活因此深受影響。數(shù)據(jù)立法是治理電信詐騙的有效手段,可將大數(shù)據(jù)作為反騙利器。最根本的治理手段是建立誠信體系,構(gòu)建誠信社會(huì),徹底鏟除詐騙土壤。
[Abstract]:Big data and Internet technology not only bring great changes to our work, study, life and so on, but also bring us many negative effects, among which accurate telecom fraud is one of the outstanding problems. Big data and the Internet have turned traditional fraud into a new type of fraud with spaceflight, invisibility, wide coverage and precision. Swindlers use big data to dig out the details of the fraud object, use telecommunications, Internet and other technologies to achieve precision fraud, so public life is greatly affected. Data legislation is an effective means to control telecom fraud, big data can be used as an anti-fraud weapon. The most fundamental means of governance is to establish a good faith system, build a good faith society, thoroughly eliminate the soil of fraud.
