【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、社會(huì)的進(jìn)步和科技的飛躍,交往日益成為貫穿人們經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和文化生活的重要內(nèi)容,成為人們普遍關(guān)注的問(wèn)題,人們通過(guò)交往相互發(fā)揮作用,而交往也能體現(xiàn)出人們存在和發(fā)展的意義,思想政治教育更是離不開(kāi)交往。以交往為視角探索構(gòu)建交往性思想政治教育的新路徑,開(kāi)創(chuàng)思想政治教育的新境界,就理論來(lái)講,有利于進(jìn)一步完善思想政治教育的科學(xué)理論體系,進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大研究工作的范圍,深化研究工作的程度;就實(shí)踐來(lái)講,能夠發(fā)揮思想政治教育工作的實(shí)效性,推動(dòng)人的自由而全面發(fā)展。 所謂交往性思想政治教育,是指在實(shí)施思想政治教育的過(guò)程中,教育者和受教育者在主體間性原則的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)平等的對(duì)話和交流相互影響、相互激勵(lì)、共同成長(zhǎng),不斷提高思想政治素質(zhì),推動(dòng)個(gè)人全面發(fā)展的教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。然而,在傳統(tǒng)的思想政治教育過(guò)程中往往忽視交往的重要作用,存在著主體間性遮蔽、教育內(nèi)容缺失、情感缺失、教育目標(biāo)理想化和教育方法單一化的缺陷,導(dǎo)致思想政治教育弱效甚至失效。因此,,本文以馬克思的交往理論為指導(dǎo)思想,采用文獻(xiàn)研究、理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際等方法在深入研究馬克思交往理論的發(fā)展歷程、基本內(nèi)容、主要特征及其對(duì)思想政治教育的啟示的基礎(chǔ)上,將馬克思的交往觀納入思想政治教育研究的視野,探索了構(gòu)建交往性思想政治教育應(yīng)堅(jiān)持的4個(gè)原則,采用的5種方法,營(yíng)造的3個(gè)環(huán)境,堅(jiān)持的2種管理模式。在思想政治教育工作發(fā)展的過(guò)程中涌現(xiàn)出許多新型哲學(xué)觀,交往性思想政治教育就是一個(gè)體現(xiàn),它是一種進(jìn)步,更是一種超越。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the progress of society and the leap of science and technology, communication has increasingly become an important part of people's economic, social and cultural life, and become a common concern. Communication can also reflect the significance of people's existence and development, and ideological and political education is inseparable from communication. From the point of view of communication, we should explore the new way to construct the communicative ideological and political education, create a new realm of ideological and political education, and, theoretically, be conducive to the further improvement of the scientific theoretical system of ideological and political education. Further expand the scope of research work, deepen the degree of research work, in practice, can give play to the effectiveness of ideological and political education work, promote the free and comprehensive development of human. The so-called communicative ideological and political education means that in the process of implementing ideological and political education, educators and educatees, on the basis of the principle of intersubjectivity, influence each other through equal dialogue and exchange, encourage each other and grow together. Constantly improve the ideological and political quality, promote individual all-round development of the educational practice. However, in the process of traditional ideological and political education, the important role of communication is often ignored, and there are defects such as inter-subjectivity shielding, lack of educational content, lack of emotion, idealization of educational objectives and simplification of educational methods. It leads to the weak effect of ideological and political education and even invalidation. Therefore, this article takes Marx's communication theory as the guiding ideology, uses the literature research, the theory and the practice and so on method in the thorough research Marx communication theory development course, the basic content, On the basis of its main characteristics and its enlightenment to ideological and political education, this paper puts Marx's concept of communication into the research field of ideological and political education, and probes into the four principles and five methods that should be adhered to in the construction of communicative ideological and political education. Create 3 environment, insist 2 kinds of management mode. In the course of the development of ideological and political education, many new philosophies have emerged. The communicative ideological and political education is a manifestation, it is a kind of progress, and it is a kind of transcendence.
