【摘要】：生活方式主要是指人們?cè)谏鐣?huì)生活中以衣、食、住、行等樣態(tài)表現(xiàn)出來的生存狀態(tài)。隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)文化的發(fā)展，社會(huì)大眾的生活方式日漸多元，不良的生活方式與健康的生活方式并存，青少年生活方式中的不良傾向也不斷養(yǎng)成并凸現(xiàn)出來，嚴(yán)重地影響到青少年的健康發(fā)展。加強(qiáng)青少年思想道德研究，是防止敵對(duì)勢(shì)力對(duì)我未成年人進(jìn)行思想文化滲透,抵制其利用某些腐朽沒落的生活方式影響我未成年人的重要途徑。 青少年生活方式與成年人相比，其最大特點(diǎn)是易變性與群體性。因其未定型，所以易受外界影響，但同時(shí)這也為我們引導(dǎo)其健康生活方式的形成提供了契機(jī)；群體性雖然可能擴(kuò)大生活方式中不良傾向負(fù)面影響的范圍，但正面教育效應(yīng)的增加作用也不可低估。就目前而言，青少年生活方式中不良傾向主要表現(xiàn)在消費(fèi)、娛樂、日常生活追求和交際等方面，而與之相應(yīng)的特點(diǎn)體現(xiàn)為消費(fèi)主義與物質(zhì)主義盛行，過度依賴網(wǎng)絡(luò)而沉溺于虛擬生活中，在片面追逐流行元素與時(shí)尚符號(hào)時(shí)忘記了生活的本真意義，人際交往中只注重個(gè)性張揚(yáng)和自身情緒的宣泄，較少考慮他人感受。 而這些不良傾向引發(fā)了青少年道德理想觀念缺失、道德責(zé)任意識(shí)淡薄、社會(huì)公德意識(shí)冷漠和自我中心思想強(qiáng)烈等一系列思想道德問題；追根到底，，造成這種情況的原因與當(dāng)前社會(huì)功利環(huán)境的熏陶、道德發(fā)展世俗化的影響、重理輕文式學(xué)校道德教育的偏差和重智輕德家庭道德追求密不可分。要想改變這一狀況，除了加強(qiáng)對(duì)青少年生活觀的引導(dǎo)外，還應(yīng)著力改變影響青少年健康成長(zhǎng)的家庭道德教育環(huán)境、學(xué)校道德教育環(huán)境和社會(huì)道德教育環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:The way of life mainly refers to the living state of people in the form of clothing, food, housing and transportation in social life. With the development of social economy and culture in China, the way of life of the social masses is becoming more and more diverse. The unhealthy way of life coexists with the healthy way of life, and the unhealthy tendency of the young people's way of life is constantly nurtured and highlighted, which seriously affects the healthy development of the young people, and strengthens the study of the teenagers' ideology and morality. It is an important way to prevent hostile forces from infiltrating our minors' ideology and culture and to use some decadent and declining way of life to influence our minors. Compared with adults, adolescent lifestyle is characterized by its variability and collectivity. It is easy to be influenced by the outside world because it is not stereotyped, but at the same time, it provides an opportunity for us to guide their healthy way of life. Although it is possible to expand the range of negative effects of negative tendencies in lifestyles, the increasing role of positive educational effects should not be underestimated. At present, the unhealthy tendencies of young people's lifestyles are mainly manifested in consumption and entertainment. In the pursuit of daily life and communication, the corresponding characteristics are the prevalence of consumerism and materialism, excessive reliance on the Internet and indulgence in virtual life. In the one-sided pursuit of popular elements and fashion symbols forgot the true meaning of life, interpersonal communication only pay attention to personality publicity and their own emotional catharsis, less consideration of the feelings of others. These unhealthy tendencies have led to a series of ideological and moral problems, such as the lack of moral ideals of young people, the weak sense of moral responsibility, the apathy of social morality consciousness and the strong self-centeredness, and so on. The causes of this situation are closely related to the influence of the current social utilitarian environment, the secularization of moral development, the deviation of moral education in schools with emphasis on management and literature, and the moral pursuit of families that attach importance to wisdom and morality. In addition to strengthening the guidance of young people's outlook on life, we should also focus on changing the family moral education environment, the school moral education environment and the social moral education environment which affect the healthy growth of young people.
