【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，我國(guó)社會(huì)的經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化等領(lǐng)域都發(fā)生了重大的變革，這就對(duì)社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)提出了新的更高的要求。道德建設(shè)是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)中必不可少的一環(huán)，中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)道德建設(shè)方面正經(jīng)受著一場(chǎng)嚴(yán)峻的考驗(yàn)。 簡(jiǎn)單地說(shuō)，社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)就是無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)政黨根據(jù)社會(huì)實(shí)際情況和人們的道德訴求，不斷提高社會(huì)主義社會(huì)道德?tīng)顩r的一種實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。加強(qiáng)社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)，有利于促進(jìn)社會(huì)主義公民的自由全面發(fā)展，有利于建設(shè)社會(huì)主義先進(jìn)文化、提升國(guó)家文化軟實(shí)力，有利于促進(jìn)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康發(fā)展，能夠?yàn)闃?gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)提供堅(jiān)定的道德信仰。 改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，根據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的變化，我國(guó)的社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)可劃分為以下兩個(gè)時(shí)期：一是由計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)向市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)過(guò)渡時(shí)期的社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)。二是市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)。三十多年來(lái)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)告訴我們，要加強(qiáng)社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)，就必須始終堅(jiān)持馬克思主義指導(dǎo)思想，必須批判繼承中國(guó)優(yōu)秀的傳統(tǒng)道德文化，，必須明確道德建設(shè)要適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，與時(shí)俱進(jìn)地突出工作重點(diǎn)，號(hào)召全體公民參與到社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)的系統(tǒng)工程中來(lái)。 當(dāng)前，受利益關(guān)系變化、多元文化沖擊等因素的影響，我國(guó)的社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)還存在著以下主要問(wèn)題：道德領(lǐng)域中存在著知行不一的現(xiàn)象、道德實(shí)踐活動(dòng)在政治功利主義下容易流于形式、學(xué)校道德教育僵化和道德建設(shè)目標(biāo)缺乏層次性。要進(jìn)一步解決這些問(wèn)題，我們應(yīng)該更加重視將道德建設(shè)和道德實(shí)踐統(tǒng)一起來(lái)，關(guān)注核心群體，加強(qiáng)制度建設(shè)，在廣泛的道德實(shí)踐中不斷提升社會(huì)主義公民的德行自覺(jué)。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, great changes have taken place in the economic, political, cultural and other fields of our society. This puts forward new and higher requirements for the construction of socialist morality, which is an indispensable link in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the Communist Party of China is undergoing a severe test in leading moral construction. To put it simply, socialist moral construction is a practical activity for proletarian political parties to continuously improve the moral condition of socialist society according to the actual social conditions and people's moral demands, and to strengthen socialist moral construction. It is conducive to promoting the free and comprehensive development of socialist citizens, building advanced socialist culture, enhancing the soft power of national culture, and promoting the healthy development of the socialist market economy. To provide a firm moral belief for the construction of a socialist harmonious society. Since the reform and opening up, according to the changes in economic relations, The construction of socialist morality in China can be divided into the following two periods: one is the socialist moral construction during the transition from planned economy to market economy, the other is socialist moral construction in the era of market economy. The construction of socialist morality in the era of market economy is more than 30 years. Experience tells us, In order to strengthen the construction of socialist morality, we must always adhere to the guiding ideology of Marxism, must critically inherit the excellent traditional moral culture of China, and must make it clear that moral construction should adapt to economic development and give prominence to the focus of work with the times. All citizens are called upon to participate in the systematic engineering of socialist moral construction. At present, influenced by the change of interest relationship and the impact of multiculturalism, the socialist moral construction in our country still has the following main problems: there is a phenomenon of different knowledge and action in the field of morality. The moral practice activity is easy to become a formality under the political utilitarianism, the school moral education ossification and the moral construction goal lacks the stratification. In order to solve these problems further, we should pay more attention to unify the moral construction and the moral practice. Pay close attention to the core group, strengthen the system construction, promote the socialist citizen's moral consciousness in the extensive moral practice.
