【摘要】：道德建設是黨的十八大所提出的中國社會的文化建設的重要內容，在當下的中國，亟需致力于社會道德的重建已是不爭的事實。道德建設的基礎是道德共識的形成。本研究運用哲學思辨的方法對如何凝聚中國社會的道德共識問題進行探討。 本文對當前中國社會的道德現狀進行了考察，認為當前社會存在的眾多道德失范現象，本質上是道德共識缺失的表現。道德共識缺失的原因之一是社會結構分化帶來的道德分化；另一原因則是對公正的認識不足。但是道德共識又是如此之重要，建構道德共識理應成為中國社會道德建設的基礎。 本文在梳理中外學術界研究成果的基礎上，界定了“公正”的思想內涵，，提出用“公正”凝聚中國社會道德共識的觀點。筆者進一步闡釋了支撐這一觀點的原因，認為：公正之于人性、公正之于人的美德、公正之于社會道德都具有基礎性作用。因而，公正才是社會生活中的個體能夠達成共識的道德價值原則。 本文探討了社會共識建構的一般性原理，對社群主義的觀點、交往商談理論和心理學中的共識理論進行了辨析，論證了用公正凝聚中國社會道德共識的機理。筆者以為，凝聚中國社會的道德共識是一個系統(tǒng)、復雜的工程，道德共識的建構應從個人美德、社會道德、社會心態(tài)三個維度展開。 本文論證了以公正為基礎構建中國社會道德共識的路徑。提出，公正之首是建構完善的法律制度體系，公正之本是建構社會的道德價值體系，公正之魂是建構公正的道德規(guī)范體系。
[Abstract]:Moral construction is an important part of the cultural construction of Chinese society put forward by the 18 National Congress of the Party. It is an indisputable fact that the reconstruction of social morality is urgently needed. The foundation of moral construction is the formation of moral consensus. This paper investigates the current moral situation in Chinese society and concludes that there are many phenomena of moral anomie in the current society. It is essentially a manifestation of the lack of moral consensus. One of the reasons for the lack of moral consensus is the moral division brought about by the division of the social structure; the other is the lack of understanding of justice. But the moral consensus is so important. The construction of moral consensus should be the foundation of Chinese social moral construction. On the basis of combing the research results of Chinese and foreign academic circles, this paper defines the ideological connotation of "justice" and puts forward the point of view that "justice" is the basis of the common understanding of Chinese social morality. It is believed that justice is fundamental to human nature, justice to human virtue and justice to social morality, so justice is the moral value principle in which individuals in social life can reach consensus. This paper probes into the general principle of the construction of social consensus, discriminates and analyzes the viewpoint of communitarianism, the theory of communication and negotiation and the theory of consensus in psychology, and proves the mechanism of the fair condense of Chinese social moral consensus. The moral consensus of Chinese society is a systematic and complex project. The construction of moral consensus should be carried out from the three dimensions of personal virtue, social morality and social mentality. This paper demonstrates the path of constructing Chinese social moral consensus on the basis of justice, and points out that the first part of justice is to construct a perfect legal system, and the root of justice is to construct the moral value system of society. The soul of justice is to construct the moral standard system of justice.
