【摘要】：社會主義核心價值觀是建設(shè)中國文化軟實力的核心,推進社會主義核心價值觀的基層培育是應(yīng)對新的偉大斗爭的現(xiàn)實要求,是凝聚人民意志和力量,應(yīng)對社會思潮斗爭和破解文化空心難題的必要舉措�，F(xiàn)代社會治理從突出人民主體地位、服務(wù)型政府建設(shè)、全面從嚴(yán)治黨等方面為社會主義核心價值觀的基層培育提供了路徑可能。依托社會治理要堅持黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、發(fā)揮政府的服務(wù)性,圍繞中心開展文化宣傳,注重道德與法治的支撐共建,以社會綜合教育和基層組織自治落實社會主義核心價值觀的基層培育。
[Abstract]:The socialist core values are the core of building the soft power of Chinese culture. To promote the cultivation of socialist core values at the grass-roots level is the realistic requirement to deal with the new great struggle and to rally the will and strength of the people. To deal with the social ideological struggle and to solve the cultural hollow problems necessary measures. Modern social governance from highlighting the status of the main body of the people, service-oriented government construction, Comprehensive and strict administration of the Party and other aspects have provided a path to the cultivation of socialist core values at the grass-roots level. Relying on social governance, we should adhere to the leadership of the Party, give play to the service of the government, and carry out cultural propaganda around the center. We should pay attention to the support of morality and rule of law, and carry out the basic cultivation of socialist core values by social comprehensive education and the autonomy of grass-roots organizations.
