【摘要】：在元倫理學(xué)中,價值多元主義是一種常與以賽亞·伯林聯(lián)系在一起的思想,認(rèn)為存在著諸多客觀的、相互沖突的甚至不可通約的價值,于是人們不得不在其中進(jìn)行痛苦的道德選擇。多位行政學(xué)者(特別是瓦格納和斯派瑟)聲稱,價值多元主義對于公共行政有著深遠(yuǎn)影響。但是,其論點(diǎn)的說服力值得懷疑。這篇文章批判性地審視了價值多元主義在行政學(xué)理論中的作用,結(jié)論是:學(xué)者們關(guān)于其影響的各種理論闡述不夠合理,不夠徹底,也并不一致。所以,價值多元主義對公共行政的影響(如果有的話)仍是一個值得商榷的學(xué)術(shù)話題。
[Abstract]:In meta-ethics, value pluralism is a thought often associated with Isaiah Berlin, which holds that there are many objective, conflicting and even inextricable values. So people have to make painful moral choices in it. Many administrative scholars, especially Wagner and Spencer, claim that value pluralism has a profound impact on public administration. This article critically examines the role of value pluralism in the theory of administration, and concludes that the various theories that scholars have about its impact are not reasonable and thorough. Therefore, the impact of value pluralism on public administration, if any, remains a debatable academic topic.
