【摘要】：20世紀(jì)50年代西方學(xué)者提出了意識(shí)形態(tài)終結(jié)論,認(rèn)為東西方兩種社會(huì)制度之間存在的“左”“右”論戰(zhàn)已經(jīng)喪失意義。但是回顧歷史可以發(fā)現(xiàn):意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)域的斗爭(zhēng)并沒(méi)有終結(jié),而且會(huì)伴隨著兩種社會(huì)制度共存格局形勢(shì)的不斷演變,借助新的載體和工具、改變其表現(xiàn)的形式。進(jìn)入Wed2.0時(shí)代,以美國(guó)為首的西方社會(huì)憑借其在新媒體技術(shù)應(yīng)用方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)向我國(guó)大量滲透和輸出意識(shí)形態(tài),意識(shí)形態(tài)滲透的渠道更加隱蔽化、多元化,宣傳內(nèi)容更加大眾化、娛樂(lè)化,宣傳對(duì)象更加精準(zhǔn)化、年輕化。新媒體時(shí)代出現(xiàn)的新情況已經(jīng)對(duì)我國(guó)主流意識(shí)形態(tài)安全產(chǎn)生了嚴(yán)重的挑戰(zhàn)。另一方面,我國(guó)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型產(chǎn)生的一系列社會(huì)矛盾、政治制度改革面臨巨大的壓力、民眾政治信仰的衰退等多種不利影響在新媒體環(huán)境中的傳播使得我國(guó)意識(shí)形態(tài)安全面臨的環(huán)境更加惡化。因此,深入研究我國(guó)意識(shí)形態(tài)安全在新媒體環(huán)境下所面臨的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn),科學(xué)有效地分析造成目前這種嚴(yán)峻形勢(shì)的深層原因以及有針對(duì)性地提出維護(hù)其安全切實(shí)可行的對(duì)策是當(dāng)前一件迫在眉睫的歷史重任。為了能夠回答以上三個(gè)層面的問(wèn)題,以及遏制意識(shí)形態(tài)安全遭遇的不利影響、推動(dòng)我國(guó)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展,本文著重對(duì)以下幾個(gè)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了思考:一是在文獻(xiàn)綜述部分限定了意識(shí)形態(tài)安全的幾個(gè)方面,主要包括指導(dǎo)思想、政治信仰、道德秩序等;二是我國(guó)意識(shí)形態(tài)安全面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。分析了新媒體技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展對(duì)我國(guó)意識(shí)形態(tài)安全造成挑戰(zhàn)的可能性。研究了新媒體對(duì)我國(guó)意識(shí)形態(tài)建設(shè)工作所帶來(lái)的問(wèn)題。討論了對(duì)意識(shí)形態(tài)爭(zhēng)論以及西方國(guó)家在新媒體技術(shù)方面對(duì)我國(guó)造成的威脅;三是造成挑戰(zhàn)的原因分析。主要從意識(shí)形態(tài)內(nèi)容建設(shè)落后、社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型產(chǎn)生的政治信仰危機(jī)、意識(shí)形態(tài)傳播格局困境等原因進(jìn)行了闡述;四是對(duì)策研究。主要從新媒體意識(shí)形態(tài)宣傳陣地的建設(shè)、相關(guān)法律法規(guī)的制定、傳播體系的建立、以及積極主動(dòng)應(yīng)對(duì)西方意識(shí)形態(tài)的滲透等途徑入手增強(qiáng)我國(guó)意識(shí)形態(tài)的吸引力,維護(hù)我國(guó)意識(shí)形態(tài)安全。
[Abstract]:In 1950s, western scholars put forward the theory of the end of ideology, the East and west two social systems between "left" and "right" debate has lost significance. But history can be found: the struggle in the realm of ideology does not end, and will be accompanied by the continuous evolution of two kinds of social system of coexistence of the situation, with the help of the new carrier and tool the change in the form of its performance. In the age of Wed2.0, the US led western society with the application of new media technology advantage to our large number of penetration and output ideology, ideological infiltration channels more subtle, more diversified, propaganda popularization, entertainment, publicity object more accurate, young. New media era has brought serious challenges to the mainstream ideology in China. On the other hand, China's social transformation. A series of social conflicts, political system reform is facing tremendous pressure, the spread of recession and other adverse effects of people's political beliefs in the new media environment in the face of our country ideology security environment worse. Therefore, in-depth study of the challenges faced in the ideological security of China under the new media environment, scientific and effective analysis of underlying causes of this grim situation at present and puts forward the feasible countermeasures to maintain safety is a matter of imminent historical responsibility. In order to answer the above three aspects, and to curb the adverse effects of Ideological Security encounter, promoting China's socialist modernization development, this paper emphasizes on the following several problems: one is the literature review part defines several aspects of ideological security, mainly including the guiding thought, Political beliefs, moral order; the two is facing our country ideology security challenges. To analyze the possibility of the continuous development of new media technology pose a challenge for the ideological security of China. The research of the new media brings to China's ideological construction work. Discuss the ideology of arguing and a threat to western countries to China cause in the new media technology; the three is the analysis of the cause of the challenge. The main content from the ideology behind the construction of social transformation, political belief crisis, ideology dissemination predicament pattern such as elaborated; the four is the countermeasures. Mainly from the construction of new media ideological propaganda positions, formulate relevant laws and regulations, establish the communication system, and actively deal with the penetration of Western ideology and other ways to enhance our ideological appeal, maintaining our consciousness form It's safe.
