【摘要】:國家治理現(xiàn)代化是中國共產(chǎn)黨立足中國特色社會主義基本國情和經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的階段性特征,在繼承改革開放39年來社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)成功經(jīng)驗、借鑒西方治理文明有益成果的基礎(chǔ)上提出的重大理論命題與國家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,是中國共產(chǎn)黨人不斷探索現(xiàn)代化、求解現(xiàn)代化的最新成果,堪稱中國的第五個“現(xiàn)代化”。思想政治教育作為中國共產(chǎn)黨的政治優(yōu)勢與優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng),始終是我國經(jīng)濟工作和其他一切工作的“生命線”與“中心環(huán)節(jié)”;作為培養(yǎng)人和塑造人的一項教育活動,始終是培育中國特色社會主義合格建設(shè)者與可靠接班人的重要方式與前沿陣地,在中國革命、建設(shè)與改革過程中發(fā)揮獨特的功能作用。國家治理現(xiàn)代化的提出與推進,使思想政治教育的環(huán)境語境與服務(wù)主題發(fā)生深刻變化,傳統(tǒng)思想政治教育功能已經(jīng)很難全面系統(tǒng)地適應(yīng)和滿足現(xiàn)代社會發(fā)展需求,思想政治教育功能轉(zhuǎn)換命題由此而生。國家治理現(xiàn)代化視域下思想政治教育功能轉(zhuǎn)換,是思想政治教育積極回應(yīng)國家治理現(xiàn)代化、服務(wù)國家治理現(xiàn)代化,推動自身現(xiàn)代發(fā)展的理論嘗試與實踐探索,已經(jīng)成為思想政治教育領(lǐng)域一個極其重要的緊迫性、前沿性研究課題。文章以馬克思主義基本立場、觀點、方法為指導(dǎo),綜合采用歷史與邏輯相結(jié)合、規(guī)范與經(jīng)驗相結(jié)合、系統(tǒng)論分析和多學科交叉等研究方法,以國家治理現(xiàn)代化與思想政治教育的基本理論和內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián)為切入點,深入探討和分析國家治理現(xiàn)代化視域下思想政治教育功能轉(zhuǎn)換的核心要素與關(guān)鍵變量,力求建構(gòu)思想政治教育功能轉(zhuǎn)換體系,強化其在國家治理現(xiàn)代化中的戰(zhàn)略地位與功能保障作用。具體而言,論文研究在結(jié)構(gòu)安排上主要分為五大部分七個章節(jié):第一部分:研究的簡述介紹,即第一章內(nèi)容。主要介紹文章的選題背景及意義、國內(nèi)外學術(shù)界關(guān)于國家治理現(xiàn)代化與思想政治教育功能轉(zhuǎn)換的以往研究成果、論文研究思路與方法以及論文的創(chuàng)新與不足等,形成對文章的整體性概括。第二部分:研究的理論邏輯,即第二章內(nèi)容。主要對國家治理現(xiàn)代化的詞源進行考證并準確界定其概念,分析其本質(zhì)特征與重大意義;對思想政治教育的本質(zhì)屬性、基本特征與重要功能進行全面解析,并以此為基礎(chǔ),深刻揭示國家治理現(xiàn)代化與思想政治教育的內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián)性,強調(diào)國家治理現(xiàn)代化視域下思想政治教育功能轉(zhuǎn)換的重要性,為后續(xù)章節(jié)研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分:研究的歷史邏輯,即第三章內(nèi)容。主要梳理和歸納馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家、中國古代儒家、法家、道家等主要學派代表人物關(guān)于國家治理中思想政治教育功能的思想觀點,以及中國社會主義革命建設(shè)時期與改革開放時期關(guān)于國家治理視域下思想政治教育的“思想統(tǒng)領(lǐng)”功能與“思想管理”功能的理論成果。這些思想觀點與理論成果直接或間接地為國家治理現(xiàn)代化視域下思想政治教育功能轉(zhuǎn)換提供重要指導(dǎo)、啟示和借鑒。第四部分:研究的現(xiàn)實邏輯,即第四章內(nèi)容。主要堅持以問題意識為導(dǎo)向,對國家治理現(xiàn)代化背景下思想政治教育功能發(fā)揮的現(xiàn)實困境進行分析,指出思想政治教育功能面對復(fù)雜的國家治理現(xiàn)代化環(huán)境,缺乏學科體系系統(tǒng)潛質(zhì)研發(fā)的支撐,受到封建文化與西方文化的消解,已經(jīng)滯后于國家治理現(xiàn)代化需求,必須進行自我調(diào)整與轉(zhuǎn)換。同時,中國化馬克思主義理論的時代發(fā)展、思想政治教育學科創(chuàng)新的現(xiàn)實召領(lǐng)、國家多元治理主體能力培育的現(xiàn)實需求以及國家治理現(xiàn)代化提供的政策制度保障等,為思想政治教育功能轉(zhuǎn)換提供重要機遇與可行條件。第五部分,研究的體系邏輯,即第五、六、七章內(nèi)容。主要堅持以創(chuàng)新意識與體系意識為導(dǎo)向,在對上述現(xiàn)實困境與轉(zhuǎn)換機遇進行深刻反思的基礎(chǔ)上,嘗試建構(gòu)思想政治教育功能轉(zhuǎn)換體系,主要包括其轉(zhuǎn)換機理、內(nèi)蘊價值、實現(xiàn)路徑等內(nèi)容。其中,思想政治教育功能轉(zhuǎn)換的本質(zhì)在于批判繼承基礎(chǔ)上的創(chuàng)新,要素結(jié)構(gòu)的系統(tǒng)性升級與客體性服務(wù)的價值實現(xiàn),旨在使自身富有鮮明的治理特色,建構(gòu)現(xiàn)代“思想治理”功能,彰顯其在整合與凈化社會主義意識形態(tài)領(lǐng)域、解讀與傳播國家治理現(xiàn)代化核心價值理念、培養(yǎng)與提升國家治理現(xiàn)代化主體素質(zhì)中的重要價值,并從創(chuàng)新發(fā)展理念、優(yōu)化社會環(huán)境、夯實學科體系、建構(gòu)評價指標體系等方面探索其實現(xiàn)路徑,推動其螺旋式升級與漸進式發(fā)展?傊,國家治理現(xiàn)代化是當前中國特色社會主義發(fā)展的嶄新命題,是思想政治教育服務(wù)的時代主題,思想政治教育必須圍繞國家治理現(xiàn)代化的基本價值理念、運行規(guī)律與戰(zhàn)略需求開展功能轉(zhuǎn)換工作。同時,思想政治教育功能轉(zhuǎn)換是一項復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,不可能一蹴而就,思想政治教育工作者必須具備高度的理論自覺性與實踐探索性推進其穩(wěn)步有序?qū)崿F(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The modernization of national governance is the stage characteristics based on characteristics of the development of socialist Chinese Communist Party Chinese basic situation of economy and society, in the succession of 39 years of reform and opening up, the successful experience of socialist modernization construction reference based on the achievements of Western civilization governance's major theoretical proposition and the National Development strategy, is the latest achievement of the Communist Party of China continuously explore modernization and the solution of modernization, called fifth "the modernization of Chinese". This article takes Marx's basic position, viewpoint and method as a guide, the combination of history and logic, the combination of normative and empirical analysis, system theory and multidisciplinary research methods, based on the basic theory of the modernization of national governance and the ideological and political education and the inner Association as the starting point, in-depth discussion and analysis of core elements and the key variables in the function of Ideological and political education from the perspective of the transformation of the modernization of national governance, tries to construct the function of Ideological and political education system transformation, strengthen the modernization of national governance in the strategic position and function of protection. Specifically, the thesis is divided into five main parts and seven chapters in the structure arrangement: the first part: the brief introduction of the research, that is the first chapter. This paper mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic selection, and the past research achievements, research ideas and methods, and the innovation and deficiency of the transformation of the modernization of national governance and ideological and political education in the academic circles at home and abroad, forming the overall generalization of the article. The second part: the theoretical logic of the study, that is, the content of the second chapter. Mainly for the modernization of national governance. Research and the accurate definition of the concept, analyzes the essential characteristics and significance of the ideological and political education; the essence and basic features and important function for a comprehensive analysis, and on this basis, relationship reveals the national governance modernization of Ideological and political education, the importance of ideological function the transformation of political education under the perspective of modernization of national governance, which lays the theoretical foundation for the following research. The third part: the historical logic of the study, that is, the content of the third chapter. Ideas about the ideological and political education function of national governance mainly to sort out and summarize the Marx classical writers, Confucianism, Legalism, Taoism of ancient Chinese mainly representative, and theoretical results about the national treatment principle of Ideological and political education from the perspective of "thinking" during the period of socialist revolution and construction Chinese function in the period of reform and opening up and the thought of "management" function. These ideological and theoretical achievements directly or indirectly provide important guidance, inspiration and reference for the transformation of Ideological and political education function under the vision of national governance modernization. The fourth part: the realistic logic of the study, that is, the content of the fourth chapter. In short, the modernization of national governance is a new proposition for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
