【摘要】：勞動(dòng)模范是社會(huì)主義國(guó)家特有的產(chǎn)物,是馬克思群眾觀實(shí)踐的產(chǎn)物,他們是各行各業(yè)優(yōu)秀的杰出人物的代表,是中國(guó)工人階級(jí)的先鋒代表。在他們身上所體現(xiàn)出的一種職業(yè)精神,值得社會(huì)公民尊敬和學(xué)習(xí),中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛,需要一支高素質(zhì)、高修養(yǎng)的勞動(dòng)者,中國(guó)未來(lái)制造業(yè)的崛起,更需要更多具備職業(yè)精神的勞動(dòng)者。但是勞動(dòng)模范的職業(yè)精神是如何形成?是哪些原因促使他們具備了職業(yè)精神?希望從勞動(dòng)模范群體中,得到可供經(jīng)驗(yàn)的啟示�；谝陨系乃伎�,本研究采取質(zhì)性研究的方法,對(duì)勞動(dòng)模范進(jìn)行深入的訪談,緊緊圍繞著勞動(dòng)模范職業(yè)精神而展開(kāi),歸納出勞動(dòng)模范職業(yè)精神形成的原因,以豐富有關(guān)職業(yè)精神的研究。本研究共設(shè)六章,每章的內(nèi)容如下所示:第一章,緒論。介紹研究背景、國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)外的研究綜述、研究方案以及概念界定。第二章,關(guān)于方法的探討。對(duì)本研究所需要的研究方法的討論,分別為日常談話法的探討、對(duì)圖像法的探討,以及如何將這兩種方法應(yīng)用到本研究之中。第三章,勞動(dòng)模范的職業(yè)生涯和職業(yè)精神個(gè)案研究。以職業(yè)生涯理論為基礎(chǔ),介紹在勞動(dòng)模范的職業(yè)生涯中,其職業(yè)精神是如何凸顯出來(lái)的,此外呈現(xiàn)出每位勞動(dòng)模范職業(yè)精神。第四章,勞動(dòng)模范職業(yè)精神形成的影響因素。分別從內(nèi)部原因和外部原因著手,最后對(duì)內(nèi)部原因和外部原因進(jìn)行綜合探討,歸納出內(nèi)、外部原因有哪些。第五章,結(jié)論與討論�；趯�(duì)勞動(dòng)模范職業(yè)精神形成的影響因素,可得出他們職業(yè)精神形成的結(jié)論,并在此基礎(chǔ)之上,展開(kāi)討論。第六章,研究反思與展望。對(duì)本研究進(jìn)行反思,總結(jié)不足和欠缺之處,展望后續(xù)的研究。
[Abstract]:The labor model is the product of socialist countries, the product of Marx's mass view practice. They are representatives of outstanding figures from all walks of life and pioneers of the Chinese working class. A professional spirit embodied in them is worthy of respect and learning from social citizens. China's economic development needs a highly qualified and highly skilled laborer. The rise of China's future manufacturing needs more professionalism workers. But how does the working spirit of the labor model come into being? What causes them to have their professionalism? Based on the above thinking, this study adopts qualitative research methods, conducts in-depth interviews with labor models, focuses on the professional spirit of the labor models, and concludes the reasons for the formation of the work model spirit, so as to enrich the research on the professional spirit. There are six chapters in this study. The contents of each chapter are as follows: the first chapter, the introduction. The research background, domestic and foreign research review, research scheme and concept definition are introduced. The second chapter, the discussion of the method. The research methods discussed in this study are discussed daily conversation method, image method, and how to apply these two methods to this research. The third chapter is a case study of the career and professional spirit of the model labor model. On the basis of career theory, this paper introduces how professional spirit is manifested in the career of a model worker, and presents every professional spirit of a labor model. The fourth chapter, the influencing factors of the formation of the labor model professional spirit. From the internal and external reasons, the internal and external reasons are discussed, and the internal and external reasons are summed up. The fifth chapter, conclusion and discussion. On the basis of the influence factors on the formation of the model professional spirit of labor, the conclusion of their professional spirit is drawn and the discussion is carried out on this basis. The sixth chapter, research reflection and prospect. To reflect on the research, summarize the shortage and lack, and look forward to the follow-up research.
