【摘要】：思想政治工作在IT企業(yè)不斷壯大的進程中扮演著關(guān)鍵的作用，它是推動企業(yè)健康而穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的前提標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，同時，它也是落實“以人為本”觀念的基礎(chǔ)。就目前來講，，IT企業(yè)發(fā)展速度迅猛，在企業(yè)中有較大一部分員工為年輕人，所以，IT企業(yè)要充分發(fā)揮思想政治工作的作用，培養(yǎng)員工科學(xué)的人生觀、世界觀和價值觀，同時也要更好的為我國的現(xiàn)代化、信息化建設(shè)服務(wù)。本文以思想政治工作的基本理論與內(nèi)容為指導(dǎo)，通過對大連市部分IT企業(yè)進行問卷調(diào)查，參考各類文獻等多種方法，研究目前我國IT企業(yè)思想政治工作的狀況、取得的成績以及存在的問題，并分析了應(yīng)對的對策。 首先，本文分析了IT企業(yè)的行業(yè)特殊性，論證了IT企業(yè)思想政治工作的必要性及基本內(nèi)容，從總體上對IT企業(yè)思想政治工作進行概述。 其次，本文從IT企業(yè)思想政治工作的現(xiàn)狀入手，總體描述IT企業(yè)思想政治工作已做出的成績，同時，根據(jù)問卷調(diào)查的結(jié)果做出分析，找出當(dāng)前IT企業(yè)思想政治工作中所存在的問題并進行了原因分析。 最后，本文運用思想政治工作的理論與IT企業(yè)具體實際的狀況相結(jié)合，通過問卷調(diào)查分析出的存在問題給與相應(yīng)的解決對策，從社會層面、企業(yè)自身管理層面和企業(yè)員工自身層面進行詳細說明加強和改進IT企業(yè)思想政治工作的策略。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political work plays a key role in the growing process of IT enterprises. It is a precondition standard for promoting healthy and stable development of enterprises. At the same time, it is also the basis for implementing the concept of "people-oriented". At present, IT enterprise rapid development, in the enterprise in a large part of the staff for the young people, therefore, IT enterprises should give full play to the role of Ideological and political work of staff training, scientific outlook on life, world outlook and values, but also to better service for the modernization and informatization construction in china. In this paper, the basic theory and content of Ideological and political work as a guide, through a questionnaire survey of IT enterprises in Dalian City, all kinds of methods such as literature research, the ideological and political work of IT enterprises in China, the achievements and existing problems, and analyzes the Countermeasures of coping.
