【摘要】：奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)是內蒙古畜牧產業(yè)中的優(yōu)勢產業(yè),而奶牛卵巢囊腫是導致奶牛繁殖障礙的常發(fā)的疾病之一,奶牛卵巢囊腫導致奶牛繁殖障礙,嚴重地制約著奶牛場的奶牛繁殖率。本文利用中藥治療奶牛卵巢囊腫,分析歸納確立奶牛卵巢囊腫診斷,通過子宮灌注中藥消囊散,治療奶牛卵泡囊腫,監(jiān)測奶牛卵巢和子宮的形態(tài)學變化,初步探討消囊散治療奶牛卵泡囊腫的中藥作用機理。本論文(1)卵巢囊腫奶牛的篩選:(2)對治療后卵泡囊腫奶牛運用B超進行動態(tài)監(jiān)測;(3)對中藥治療患病奶牛組與正常發(fā)情奶牛組血清中的四種生殖激素P4、E2、LH、FSH進行檢測。結果:(1)臨床綜合診斷,卵巢囊腫典型癥狀為慕雄狂和泛情;B超的綜合診斷,單側或雙側卵巢上存在25mm及25mm以上的病理性卵泡。(2)試驗組10頭囊腫奶牛子宮灌注消囊散后,囊腫卵泡從用藥開始直徑就持續(xù)降低,用藥結束后第6d卵泡直徑比用藥前差異顯著(P0.05)。卵巢和子宮頸用藥前后差異不顯著(P0.05),但實際直徑略低于灌藥前。子宮角在停藥后第16d差異顯著(P0.05)。(3)試驗組P4含量停藥后第6d比灌藥前差異顯著(P0.05)。試驗組E2含量在停藥后第4d、6d、8d、10d比灌藥前差異顯著(P0.05)。試驗組FSH含量在灌藥前后差異不顯著。試驗組LH含量在用藥后第18d差異顯著(P0.05)。結論:運用直腸檢查、B超和測定E2/P4的比值相結合能確定奶牛卵泡囊腫與黃體囊腫。子宮灌注中藥消囊散后囊腫卵泡直徑降低,恢復到正常程度,有發(fā)情表現(xiàn)并且受孕。說明通過子宮灌注中藥這種方式來治療奶牛卵泡囊腫有效。中藥消囊散通過提高LH、E2的程度,促進了下丘腦—垂體—卵巢軸的正反饋調節(jié)作用,從而促進卵泡排卵。
[Abstract]:Dairy industry is Inner Mongolia livestock industries, while dairy ovarian cyst is often one of the diseases causing reproductive disorders of cow and cow ovarian cyst causing reproductive disorder of dairy cows, seriously restricts the reproduction rate of dairy cows.
