漢英雙語播音主持人才素質(zhì)研究

【摘要】:隨著全球化進程的不斷推進,越來越多的雙語播音主持創(chuàng)作活動不斷出現(xiàn)在媒體和大眾生活中。在各種不同語種的雙語播音主持創(chuàng)作活動中,漢英雙語播音主持以其廣泛的目標(biāo)受眾群體、強大的國際影響力處于較為重要的地位。然而,與漢英雙語播音主持事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展不匹配的是漢英雙語播音主持人才隊伍建設(shè)捉襟見肘的現(xiàn)狀。目前學(xué)界和業(yè)界對雙語播音主持人才的素質(zhì)能力要求尚不清晰,因而導(dǎo)致了漢英雙語播音主持用人單位和人才培養(yǎng)單位在招生培養(yǎng)和遴選人才時標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模糊,方向不明,同時也造成了目前優(yōu)秀的漢英雙語播音主持人才短缺的現(xiàn)狀。本文旨在通過對漢英雙語播音主持人才素質(zhì)的研究力爭建構(gòu)一個漢英雙語播音主持人才素質(zhì)模型,并在此模型的基礎(chǔ)上對相應(yīng)的素質(zhì)能力培養(yǎng)模式和培養(yǎng)方法提出建議與參考。全文以漢英雙語播音主持人才素質(zhì)為研究對象總共分為四章。緒論闡述了研究背景、研究意義、研究對象、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路和研究方法。第一章論述了漢英雙語播音主持人才的政治素質(zhì)構(gòu)成和培養(yǎng),第二章論述了漢英雙語播音主持人才的業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)構(gòu)成,主要由語言素質(zhì)、播音主持業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)和文化素質(zhì)三方面構(gòu)成。其中語言素質(zhì)主要包括漢英雙語播音員主持人的語言的規(guī)范性、語言組織能力、稿件寫作能力和肢體語言等內(nèi)容,而播音主持業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)主要包括漢英雙語播音員主持人的播音主持業(yè)務(wù)能力、新聞素養(yǎng)和心理素質(zhì)等內(nèi)容。第三章論述了漢英雙語播音主持人才業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)。第四章論述了漢英雙語播音主持人才的媒介和信息素質(zhì)的構(gòu)成與培養(yǎng)。結(jié)語嘗試提出了漢英雙語播音員主持人的素質(zhì)模型以及提出了對各部分素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)方面的建議。本文運用了文獻研究法、實證研究法、比較研究法、定性定量綜合研究法和訪談等研究方法,對素質(zhì)模型的依據(jù)進行描述、歸納、闡釋、分析和建構(gòu),探究漢英雙語播音主持人才素質(zhì)模型的內(nèi)在規(guī)律,并在對漢英雙語播音主持人才素質(zhì)能力進行分析挖掘之后建構(gòu)了漢英雙語播音人才素質(zhì)模型,即政治素質(zhì)為重要素質(zhì),業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)為基本素質(zhì),媒介素質(zhì)為關(guān)鍵素質(zhì)。在業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)中,播音主持業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)為核心素質(zhì),語言素質(zhì)為關(guān)鍵素質(zhì),文化素質(zhì)為基礎(chǔ)素質(zhì)。與此同時,通過對目前漢英雙語播音主持現(xiàn)狀的研究試圖對漢英雙語播音主持的概念進行了與時俱進的更新,并使?jié)h英雙語播音主持人才素質(zhì)成為獨立系統(tǒng)化和理論化的研究界域,為學(xué)界和業(yè)界對漢英雙語播音員主持人的認(rèn)識、培養(yǎng)和工作實踐提供依據(jù)和參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization, more and more bilingual broadcasting and authoring activities appear in the media and public life. With its wide target audience and strong international influence, bilingual broadcasting in Chinese and English plays an important role. However, What does not match the vigorous development of bilingual broadcasting in Chinese and English is the overstretched construction of the talent team of bilingual broadcasting in Chinese and English. At present, the requirements of the quality and ability of the talent for bilingual broadcasting are not clear in academic circles and in the industry. As a result, bilingual broadcasting in Chinese and English has led to vague standards and unclear direction in the recruitment and training of talents by employing units and personnel training units. At the same time, it has also caused the shortage of outstanding Chinese-English broadcasting hosts. This paper aims to construct a Chinese-English bilingual broadcasting host talent quality model through the research on the talent quality of Chinese-English bilingual broadcasting hosts. On the basis of this model, the author puts forward some suggestions and references to the corresponding quality and ability training model and training methods. The full text is divided into four chapters on the basis of the research object of the talent quality of bilingual broadcasting in Chinese and English. The introduction expounds the research background and the significance of the research. The first chapter discusses the constitution and cultivation of the political quality of the Chinese-English broadcasting host, the second chapter discusses the professional quality of the Chinese-English bilingual broadcasting host. It mainly consists of three aspects: language quality, professional quality of broadcast host and cultural quality. Among them, language quality mainly includes the language standardization, language organization ability, manuscript writing ability and body language of bilingual broadcasters in Chinese and English. And the professional quality of the broadcast host mainly includes the professional ability of the broadcast host of the Chinese-English bilingual broadcaster. The third chapter discusses the cultivation of the professional quality of Chinese-English bilingual broadcasting host, and the fourth chapter discusses the media and information quality of Chinese-English bilingual broadcasting host. This paper tries to put forward the quality model of bilingual broadcasters in Chinese and English, and puts forward some suggestions on the quality training of each part. Empirical research, comparative research, qualitative and quantitative comprehensive research, interview and other research methods, describe, induce, explain, analyze and construct the basis of the quality model, and explore the inherent law of the talent quality model of bilingual broadcasting in Chinese and English. After analyzing and excavating the talent quality ability of bilingual broadcasting in Chinese and English, this paper constructs the quality model of bilingual broadcasting talents in Chinese and English, that is, the political quality is the important quality, the professional quality is the basic quality. The media quality is the key quality. In the professional quality, the broadcast and host quality is the core quality, the language quality is the key quality, and the cultural quality is the basic quality. At the same time, Through the research on the present situation of bilingual broadcasting in Chinese and English, this paper attempts to update the concept of bilingual broadcasting in Chinese and English with the times, and to make the talent quality of bilingual broadcasting in Chinese and English become an independent, systematic and theoretical field of study. It provides the basis and reference for the understanding, training and working practice of bilingual broadcasters in Chinese and English.
