健康類平面媒體的議題變遷與啟示

【摘要】:健康是身、心、社會(huì)適應(yīng)的良好狀態(tài),由遺傳、醫(yī)療服務(wù)、行為方式和環(huán)境等因素決定。媒體的健康傳播主要涉及疾病醫(yī)藥和生活方式議題。研究采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、內(nèi)容分析法、個(gè)案研究法等方法,運(yùn)用議程設(shè)置和媒介社會(huì)學(xué)理論,以健康類平面媒體的議題為研究對(duì)象,分析其變遷與啟示。1.歷史變遷及動(dòng)因。我國(guó)健康類媒體分為發(fā)端(1950年以前);初步發(fā)展(1950年-1959年);低谷(1960年-1976年);快速發(fā)展(1977年-1999年)和多元競(jìng)爭(zhēng)(2000年-2014年)五個(gè)階段,議題特征分別為:清潔防護(hù),衛(wèi)生啟蒙;除害滅病,保障生產(chǎn);救災(zāi)防病,傾向農(nóng)村;醫(yī)療保健,融入生活;慢病防治,生活品質(zhì)。議題呈現(xiàn)生物防護(hù)-生產(chǎn)保障-生活方式-生命質(zhì)量的變遷趨勢(shì)。不同議題變遷特征:疾病醫(yī)藥議題從傳染病、寄生蟲病為主到慢性病為主;生活方式議題從少到多,飲食議題增長(zhǎng)明顯,以營(yíng)養(yǎng)膳食為主;運(yùn)動(dòng)議題波動(dòng)變化,從康復(fù)為主到健身與康復(fù)并重;心理議題規(guī)律性不明顯。變遷動(dòng)因:政策導(dǎo)向-從群眾運(yùn)動(dòng)到公民素養(yǎng);商品服務(wù)-從缺乏到豐裕;醫(yī)藥科技-從除滅蟲害到防治慢病;受眾需求-從防病到養(yǎng)生;媒介環(huán)境與角色-從衛(wèi)生宣教到健康傳播。2.媒體設(shè)置健康議題的模型、話語分析和設(shè)置原則。政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、受眾和衛(wèi)生科技力量在社會(huì)文化背景下對(duì)媒體的健康議題設(shè)置發(fā)揮作用。健康傳播的衛(wèi)生話語包括靜養(yǎng)與動(dòng)養(yǎng)、身與心、治與防;社會(huì)實(shí)踐話語包括理論與實(shí)踐、危機(jī)與日常、傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代、社會(huì)公益與市場(chǎng)效益。媒體設(shè)置健康議題應(yīng)遵循:科學(xué)性原則;現(xiàn)實(shí)性原則;多元性原則;通俗性原則和公益性原則。3.議題現(xiàn)狀及優(yōu)化。媒體議題現(xiàn)狀:疾病醫(yī)藥議題獨(dú)大,慢病為主;飲食議題專寵,主題豐富;運(yùn)動(dòng)和心理議題附屬。媒體議題設(shè)置存在靜養(yǎng)多、動(dòng)養(yǎng)少;身體多、身心結(jié)合少;重“已病”輕“未病”的偏好。根據(jù)議題設(shè)置原則和社會(huì)現(xiàn)狀,媒體應(yīng)注重運(yùn)動(dòng)議題優(yōu)先發(fā)展,醫(yī)藥、飲食、心理議題內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展。4.優(yōu)化措施與保障。發(fā)展運(yùn)動(dòng)議題宜采取機(jī)會(huì)、信源、受眾、選題和效果策略。提供多部門合作;優(yōu)化媒介體制;加強(qiáng)運(yùn)動(dòng)健身科研和宣傳投入;營(yíng)造運(yùn)動(dòng)促進(jìn)健康的文化氛圍;發(fā)展運(yùn)動(dòng)健身服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè);加強(qiáng)運(yùn)動(dòng)信息監(jiān)管等保障。
[Abstract]:Health is a good state of body, mind, and social adaptation, determined by genetics, medical services, behavior and environment. The health communication of the media is mainly concerned with the issues of disease, medicine and lifestyle. Content analysis, case study and other methods, using agenda setting and media sociology theory, taking the topic of healthy print media as the research object. 1. The historical changes and their causes are analyzed. The health media in China are divided into five stages: the beginning (before 1950); the initial development (1950-1959); the trough (1959-1959); the rapid development (2000-1999); and the pluralistic competition (2000-2014). The characteristics of the topics are: clean protection, hygiene enlightenment; killing and killing diseases, ensuring production; disaster relief, disease prevention, tendency towards rural areas; medical care, integration into life; prevention and treatment of chronic diseases, Quality of life. The topic presents the changing trend of biological protection, production guarantee, life style and quality of life. The characteristics of different issues change from infectious diseases, parasitic diseases to chronic diseases. Life style issues from less to more, diet issues increased significantly, mainly on the nutritional diet, sports issues fluctuate, from rehabilitation to fitness and rehabilitation equal emphasis; The regularity of psychological issues is not obvious. The causes of change are: policy orientation-from mass movement to civic accomplishment; commodity service-from lack to abundance; pharmaceutical technology-from pest control to prevention of chronic diseases; audience demand-from disease prevention to health care; Media environment and role-from health education to health communication. Media modeling, discourse analysis and setting principles. Politics, economics, Audience and health science and technology forces play a role in the setting of media health issues in the context of social culture. The health discourse of health communication includes rest and exercise, body and mind, treatment and prevention; social practical discourse includes theory and practice, crisis and daily life. Traditional and modern, social commonweal and market benefit. Media setting health issues should follow: scientific principle, realistic principle, pluralistic principle; General principle and public welfare principle .3.The status quo and optimization of the issues. The current situation of the media issues: the disease and medicine issues are dominant, the chronic diseases are the main issues, the diet issues are special and the themes are rich, the sports and psychological issues are subordinate. The preference of "sick" and "not sick". According to the principle of topic setting and the current social situation, the media should pay attention to the priority development of sports issues, medicine, diet, Psychological issues implicative development .4.Optimization measures and guarantees. The development of sports topics should take opportunities, sources, audience, topics and effect strategies, provide multi-sector cooperation; optimize the media system; strengthen sports fitness research and publicity investment; To create a healthy cultural atmosphere, to develop sports fitness service industry, to strengthen the supervision of sports information, and so on.
