【摘要】:移動環(huán)境的出現(xiàn)和快速發(fā)展給社會帶來巨大變革,也深深地影響著高校圖書館的建設(shè)與發(fā)展。雖然一些移動服務(wù)已然在高校圖書館廣泛應(yīng)用,但這些多數(shù)是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)服務(wù)的翻版,并沒有給圖書館服務(wù)帶來實質(zhì)性的革新,高校圖書館服務(wù)與用戶需求的差距仍然存在。本文將知識生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論引入到高校圖書館來研究移動環(huán)境下的服務(wù)問題,是因為其理論切實能為移動環(huán)境下高校圖書館服務(wù)提供新的研究視角,筆者希望通過此研究能夠促使高校圖書館移動服務(wù)更加科學(xué)高效并實現(xiàn)長遠、高效、可持續(xù)的發(fā)展。第二章,從知識生態(tài)的層面介紹了自然生態(tài)、社會生態(tài)和知識生態(tài)的相關(guān)理論;從知識鏈的角度分析了知識鏈的形成、結(jié)構(gòu)、優(yōu)化和模型;從移動圖書館服務(wù)的視域闡述了移動服務(wù)的概念、方式和內(nèi)容等;從高校圖書館知識生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的維度解析了知識生態(tài)系統(tǒng)、圖書館知識生態(tài)系統(tǒng)和移動環(huán)境下高校圖書館知識生態(tài)系統(tǒng)。本章是全文的理論基礎(chǔ),為本文涉及的研究內(nèi)容提供相關(guān)理論來源。第三章,基于第二章理論探討了移動環(huán)境下高校圖書館知識生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的服務(wù)機理。解析了系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成要素和結(jié)構(gòu),認為其形成是內(nèi)在動力、外在動力、利導(dǎo)因子和限制因子綜合作用的結(jié)果,并且具有一定的生命周期,是自組織、自適應(yīng)的系統(tǒng),同時也是知識增值創(chuàng)新、知識傳遞消費、知識生態(tài)反饋和知識協(xié)同進化的系統(tǒng)。移動環(huán)境下高校圖書館知識生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)模型是知識服務(wù)主體在移動環(huán)境下利用移動知識技術(shù)向有知識需求的用戶提供學(xué)科知識產(chǎn)品的個性化服務(wù)過程。本章是全文理論的核心,為全文提供概念邏輯框架。第四章,從學(xué)科知識資源的層面入手,研究了移動環(huán)境下高校圖書館學(xué)科知識資源服務(wù)模式;趯W(xué)科服務(wù)和知識服務(wù)的相關(guān)理論,提出了高校圖書館開展移動服務(wù)“產(chǎn)品化”思路,探討了移動環(huán)境下高校圖書館學(xué)科知識資源體系的特征、結(jié)構(gòu)和服務(wù)原則。認為該服務(wù)模式主要由學(xué)科知識移動服務(wù)平臺、服務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)中心、學(xué)科資源維護系統(tǒng)三部分構(gòu)成,通過知識鏈實現(xiàn)知識交流、知識檢索、知識導(dǎo)航、知識推送和知識評價等功能。本章研究的是系統(tǒng)的服務(wù)基礎(chǔ),為服務(wù)提供物質(zhì)介質(zhì)。第五章,從移動知識技術(shù)的層面入手,研究了移動環(huán)境下高校圖書館云計算服務(wù)模式;谠朴嬎憷碚撽U述了高校圖書館移動技術(shù)服務(wù)模式,并對技術(shù)框架進行了詳實的研析。結(jié)合高校圖書館的實際情況,提出了高校圖書館移動云計算服務(wù)平臺,并從基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施層、數(shù)據(jù)處理層、管理控制層和服務(wù)應(yīng)用層分別進行了功能設(shè)計,闡明了實現(xiàn)路徑,對運行過程進行了討論。本章研究的是系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)支撐,為服務(wù)提供技術(shù)可行性佐證。第六章,從用戶個性化需求層面入手,研究了移動環(huán)境下高校圖書館用戶個性化服務(wù)模式;趥性化服務(wù)的相關(guān)理論,歸納總結(jié)了高校圖書館移動用戶內(nèi)涵、類型及特征。從用戶需求現(xiàn)狀綜述分析其個性化需求演化方向,結(jié)合對長春7所高校的教師、學(xué)生、科研人員和管理人員的問卷調(diào)查分析,研究了面向“課程教與學(xué)”、“科研項目和論文創(chuàng)作”、“學(xué)?茖W(xué)管理”的3種個性化移動服務(wù)模式并提出了相應(yīng)改進措施。本章研究的是系統(tǒng)的服務(wù)目標,為服務(wù)指明方向。第七章,從知識環(huán)境的層面入手,研究了移動環(huán)境下高校圖書館知識生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的服務(wù)保障。討論了知識環(huán)境的內(nèi)涵及特征,重點闡述了移動服務(wù)中知識文化教育、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護、知識制度建設(shè)及知識經(jīng)濟策略等問題并提出了相應(yīng)的解決方案和措施。本章研究的是系統(tǒng)的服務(wù)保障,為高效服務(wù)提供可操作條件。本文的研究在理論層面促進了知識生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論的發(fā)展,豐富了知識生態(tài)系統(tǒng)在移動環(huán)境下的內(nèi)涵,進一步推動了高校圖書館移動服務(wù)建設(shè)和發(fā)展。通過對高校圖書館知識生態(tài)系統(tǒng)移動服務(wù)模式的研究,明晰了移動服務(wù)革新作用,闡述了高校圖書館移動服務(wù)的新理念。在實踐層面,針對高校用戶的個性化需求進行了調(diào)查研究,并結(jié)合高校用戶的教學(xué)、學(xué)習、科研和管理活動進行了針對性的探索,這為高校圖書館移動服務(wù)實踐提供了有力借鑒。在未來的研究中,將繼續(xù)以知識生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論為基礎(chǔ),進一步拓展移動環(huán)境下高校圖書館的服務(wù)新理論和新模式,深入調(diào)查論證,做好實例實證,以推動高校圖書館事業(yè)不斷的前進發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The mobile environment and rapid development has brought great changes to the society, but also deeply influenced the construction and development of university library. Although some mobile services already widely used in the university library, but most of these is the Internet service version of the service did not bring substantial innovation to the library service, University Library Service and the needs of users the gap still exists. The knowledge ecosystem theory is introduced to the university library to study the problem of mobile service environment, because of its practical theory can provide a new perspective for the study of University Library Service under mobile environment, the author hopes that this research can promote the University Library mobile services more scientific and efficient and achieve long-term, sustainable and efficient. Through the research on the mobile service model of knowledge ecological system of university library, clear mobile service innovation, expounds the new concept of University Library mobile services. In practice, according to the user demand for personalized learning were investigated.
