【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代無線通信技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,新的工藝和技術(shù)的不斷出現(xiàn),微波毫米波系統(tǒng)正迅速朝高性能、小型化、多功能及低成本等方向發(fā)展。無源平面濾波器和功率分配/合成器仍作為微波通信系統(tǒng)中的關(guān)鍵器件,其性能和體積將直接影響整個(gè)通信系統(tǒng)的工作性能。研究高性能小型化的無源器件有利于減小系統(tǒng)體積,減輕系統(tǒng)重量,提高系統(tǒng)性能,因而具有重要的研究價(jià)值。本文通過采用階梯阻抗、缺陷地、多模諧振單元、改進(jìn)Gysel及Wilkinson等新型結(jié)構(gòu),研究設(shè)計(jì)了多種新型的高性能濾波器和功分器等平面無源器件,以改善微波通信系統(tǒng)的整體性能。主要研究內(nèi)容概括如下:首先,基于階梯阻抗結(jié)構(gòu),提出了兩款內(nèi)部加載的發(fā)夾結(jié)構(gòu)。同時(shí),給出了諧振器的傳輸矩陣及其LC等效電路。最后利用兩種結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)計(jì)了幾個(gè)具有高選擇性及超寬阻帶的低通濾波器。由于內(nèi)部加載不改變外觀尺寸,并增強(qiáng)了慢波效應(yīng),所設(shè)計(jì)的濾波器在小型化方面具有極大的優(yōu)勢。其次,提出了一種新型的交指缺陷地結(jié)構(gòu)(DGS)并給出了其等效電磁特性的LC模型。相較于傳統(tǒng)缺陷地結(jié)構(gòu)的一個(gè)傳輸零點(diǎn),該結(jié)構(gòu)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)三個(gè)帶外傳輸零點(diǎn),并具有優(yōu)異的邊帶選擇性。通過調(diào)節(jié)交指的尺寸,可以改變通帶特性;谠摻Y(jié)構(gòu),在Rogers5880上設(shè)計(jì)了一款低通濾波器,該濾波器是由階梯阻抗微帶及兩個(gè)缺陷地結(jié)構(gòu)單元組成。此外,增加交指數(shù),可以縮小通帶截止頻率,從而減小濾波器體積。基于此,設(shè)計(jì)了一款單級七交指的低通濾波器。相比于其它缺陷地低通濾波器,所設(shè)計(jì)的濾波器具有極其優(yōu)異的通帶選擇特性。第三,提出了一種短路枝節(jié)加載的多模諧振器結(jié)構(gòu)(MMR),并將其應(yīng)用于超寬帶(UWB)帶通濾波器設(shè)計(jì)。相較于同類型的濾波器,此結(jié)構(gòu)可以獲得更寬的帶寬。此外,提出了一種閉環(huán)加載的多模諧振器。在弱耦合的情況下,可以觀察到六個(gè)諧振模式及三個(gè)傳輸零點(diǎn)。其中兩個(gè)零點(diǎn)靠近通帶邊沿,另外一個(gè)零點(diǎn)位于通帶內(nèi)部。利用該諧振器設(shè)計(jì)了一款具有陷波特性的超寬帶帶通濾波器,該濾波器具有高頻率選擇性及帶外抑制度。第四,研究了雙通帶濾波器。提出了一種新型枝節(jié)加載的互補(bǔ)裂環(huán)諧振器(CSRR),并將其應(yīng)用于雙通帶濾波器的設(shè)計(jì)。通過調(diào)節(jié)加載枝節(jié)的尺寸,可以改變兩個(gè)通帶間傳輸零點(diǎn)的個(gè)數(shù),從而增強(qiáng)了雙通帶濾波器設(shè)計(jì)的靈活性。測試表明該濾波器具有鄰近的通帶中心頻率,高通帶隔離度以及兩次諧波抑制特性。另外,提出了一種交叉的H型雙模諧振器,并利用奇偶模分析法研究其諧振特性。通過級聯(lián)兩個(gè)該諧振單元,并在偶模間引入額外的耦合路徑,可以單獨(dú)調(diào)節(jié)第二通帶的中心頻率及帶寬。此外,還提出了一種開路加載的閉環(huán)諧振器,該結(jié)構(gòu)具有四個(gè)諧振模式。其中每兩個(gè)模式形成一個(gè)通帶,兩個(gè)通帶相對可調(diào)。基于此結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)計(jì)了一款可應(yīng)用于短距離無線通信的高選擇性雙通帶濾波器。本章所提出的濾波器具有靈活的設(shè)計(jì)性,在現(xiàn)代多通帶系統(tǒng)中具有廣泛的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。第五,基于開路及短路枝節(jié)混合加載的四模閉環(huán)諧振器,設(shè)計(jì)了一款三通帶帶通濾波器。其中,第三通帶是一個(gè)諧波響應(yīng)。通過調(diào)節(jié)階梯阻抗閉環(huán)諧振器的阻抗特性,可以將通帶調(diào)節(jié)至合適的頻帶范圍。所設(shè)計(jì)的三通帶濾波器可用于5GHz的無線局域網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)。第六,研究了功率分配器。在總結(jié)了多種變型的Wilkinson和Gysel功分器的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種新的組合體結(jié)構(gòu)。該結(jié)構(gòu)同時(shí)具有Wilkinson的寬帶特性及Gysel結(jié)構(gòu)的良好熱傳導(dǎo)效應(yīng)。另外,基于威爾金森結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)異相輸出的兩路功分器。并采用奇偶模電壓法對其傳輸線阻抗及電長度做了詳細(xì)的推導(dǎo)。測試結(jié)果表明,該結(jié)構(gòu)能在窄帶范圍內(nèi),實(shí)現(xiàn)等功率反相輸出。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern wireless communication technology, new techniques and technologies emerging, microwave and millimeter wave systems is rapidly towards high performance, miniaturization, multifunction and low cost direction. Passive filter and planar power divider / combiner is used as the key device in a microwave communication system, its performance and the volume will be directly affect the working performance of the whole communication system. The research of high performance passive device miniaturization is beneficial to reduce the system volume, lighten the weight, improve the performance of the system, so it has important research value. This paper uses ladder impedance, defect, multimode resonant unit, improved Gysel and Wilkinson model, research and design of a variety of new the high performance filter and power plane passive devices etc., to improve the overall performance of microwave communication system. The main contents are summarized as follows: firstly, based on ladder resistance Anti structure, put forward two hairpin internal loading. At the same time, it is investigated that the transmission matrix and the equivalent circuit of LC. Finally, two kinds of structure using several designed with high selectivity and low pass filter with ultra wide stopband. Due to internal loading does not change the appearance size, and enhances the effect of slow wave, filter the design has great advantages in miniaturization. Secondly, we put forward a new interdigital structure (DGS) and the LC model of the equivalent electromagnetic characteristics. Compared with a traditional transmission zero defect structure, the structure can achieve three band transmission zeros, and has excellent band edge selectivity. By adjusting the cross finger size, can change the pass band characteristics. Based on this structure in the Rogers5880 design of a low pass filter, the filter is composed of stepped impedance microstrip and two DGS unit . in addition, increasing cross index, narrow passband cutoff frequency, thereby reducing the volume of filter. Based on this, a low-pass filter is a single stage seven interdigital design. Compared to other defects of low-pass filter, the designed filter has excellent band pass characteristics. Third, put forward multimode resonator structure of a short circuited stubs loaded (MMR), and its application in ultra wideband (UWB) band-pass filter design. The filter compared to the same type, the structure can get more bandwidth. In addition, a multi-mode resonator loop loading is presented. In the case of weak coupling, can observed six resonant modes and three transmission zeros. The two zeros near the passband edge, another zero in the passband. Designed a notched ultra wideband bandpass filter using the resonator, the filter has high The frequency selectivity and band suppression. Fourth, the dual band bandpass filter is proposed. A new type of stub loaded the complementary split ring resonator (CSRR), which is applied to the design of dual band bandpass filter. By adjusting the loading side size, can change the two passband between the transmission zeros of a the number, so as to enhance the flexibility of the dual band bandpass filter design. The test shows that the filter has a near passband center frequency, pass band isolation and two harmonic suppression characteristics. In addition, a cross type H dual-mode resonator is proposed, and the even odd mode analysis. To study the resonant characteristics by cascading two the resonance unit, and the introduction of additional cross coupling in the even mode, can be individually adjusted second links with the center frequency and bandwidth.
