留荷中國(guó)高技術(shù)移民群體的社會(huì)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)建構(gòu)

近年來(lái),在荷蘭留學(xué)的中國(guó)學(xué)生數(shù)量十分可觀,他們中的很多人在畢業(yè)之后選擇留在荷蘭工作定居,轉(zhuǎn)變成為高技術(shù)移民群體。對(duì)于這個(gè)群體而言,社會(huì)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)的建構(gòu)對(duì)于他們的跨文化適應(yīng)以及永久性定居是至關(guān)重要的。然而,針對(duì)其社會(huì)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)建構(gòu)過(guò)程的研究依舊匱乏。本文采用質(zhì)性訪談的方法,收集了26位留荷工作的中國(guó)員工的數(shù)據(jù)信息,旨在探究這個(gè)移民群體社會(huì)關(guān)系網(wǎng)的動(dòng)態(tài)建構(gòu)過(guò)程,其中包括關(guān)系網(wǎng)的建立,維護(hù),以及關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)中資源動(dòng)用三個(gè)部分。文章將從社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)限制,個(gè)人理性選擇,中國(guó)人特有的人情面子文化,以及社會(huì)資本理論等角度對(duì)他們的行為策略進(jìn)行分析;趯(duì)采訪數(shù)據(jù)的分析,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)這個(gè)高技術(shù)移民群體的社會(huì)關(guān)系網(wǎng)的建構(gòu)呈現(xiàn)出兩個(gè)特點(diǎn)鮮明的階段。第一階段,當(dāng)他們以國(guó)際學(xué)生的身份初到荷蘭時(shí),網(wǎng)絡(luò)建立主要依靠直接和間接方式。其中,社交環(huán)境的特點(diǎn)極大程度上影響了他們社會(huì)關(guān)系網(wǎng)的多樣性。在第二階段,這個(gè)群體從原先的國(guó)際學(xué)生轉(zhuǎn)變成了高技術(shù)員工,步入了工作場(chǎng)所。個(gè)人理性選擇在他們社交策略的選擇中施加了重要的影響。他們基于理性考慮,選擇性的維護(hù)學(xué)生時(shí)代建立的一些關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò),同時(shí),與公司的同事保持恰當(dāng)?shù)娜穗H關(guān)系距離。與以往的研究不同,筆者...
