習(xí)近平創(chuàng)新黨的意識(shí)形態(tài)工作研究

【摘要】：進(jìn)入全面建成小康社會(huì)的決勝階段,中國共產(chǎn)黨在意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)域面臨著傳承黨的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)的歷史重?fù)?dān),面臨著“新的歷史條件下的偉大斗爭(zhēng)”的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要,面臨著黨內(nèi)困境所帶來的工作困擾。習(xí)近平自覺肩負(fù)重任,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)黨的意識(shí)形態(tài)工作的傳承與創(chuàng)新。研究好習(xí)近平創(chuàng)新黨的意識(shí)形態(tài)工作的基本思想,對(duì)于我們當(dāng)前開展黨的意識(shí)形態(tài)工作有著積極的指導(dǎo)意義。文章共分為七部分。文獻(xiàn)綜述對(duì)近年來學(xué)界對(duì)習(xí)近平關(guān)于意識(shí)形態(tài)的有關(guān)研究進(jìn)行分析和回顧。緒論部分介紹本文的選題意義、研究方法和基本概念等內(nèi)容。正文部分包括:習(xí)近平創(chuàng)新黨的意識(shí)形態(tài)工作的訴求。習(xí)近平有強(qiáng)烈的問題意識(shí)和導(dǎo)向,自覺肩負(fù)起傳承黨的意識(shí)形態(tài)工作法寶的信念。深刻洞悉“新的歷史條件下的偉大斗爭(zhēng)”在意識(shí)形態(tài)視角下的內(nèi)涵,強(qiáng)調(diào)“兩個(gè)鞏固”、做好外宣工作和做好網(wǎng)上輿論工作。把全面從嚴(yán)治黨視為開展和創(chuàng)新黨的意識(shí)形態(tài)工作的政治保障。習(xí)近平創(chuàng)新黨的意識(shí)形態(tài)工作的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)�；A(chǔ)階段:強(qiáng)調(diào)為人民服務(wù)的意識(shí)形態(tài)工作導(dǎo)向,明確黨的意識(shí)形態(tài)工作的主題,整肅意識(shí)形態(tài)工作責(zé)任主體。初步形成階段:對(duì)創(chuàng)新黨的意識(shí)形態(tài)工作實(shí)現(xiàn)整體構(gòu)想,政界學(xué)界對(duì)“理念、手段、基層工作創(chuàng)新”視角的認(rèn)同,全面深化改革對(duì)黨的意識(shí)形態(tài)工作創(chuàng)新的推動(dòng)。豐富發(fā)展階段:習(xí)近平在十八屆三中全會(huì)后的系列講話實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新理論與實(shí)踐的合二為一。習(xí)近平創(chuàng)新黨的意識(shí)形態(tài)工作的基本架構(gòu)。確立“最大公約數(shù)”理念、“大宣傳”理念和“全媒體”理念實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)意識(shí)形態(tài)工作的理念創(chuàng)新;以法規(guī)制度促進(jìn)意識(shí)形態(tài)建設(shè)、打造融通中外的意識(shí)形態(tài)工作話語體系、發(fā)揮網(wǎng)絡(luò)在意識(shí)形態(tài)工作中的作用實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)意識(shí)形態(tài)工作的手段創(chuàng)新;大興調(diào)查之風(fēng),深入推進(jìn)“走基層,轉(zhuǎn)作風(fēng),改文風(fēng)”,合理塑造典型發(fā)揮示范作用,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)黨的意識(shí)形態(tài)工作基層創(chuàng)新的有益思考。習(xí)近平創(chuàng)新黨的意識(shí)形態(tài)工作的特征。善于立足優(yōu)勢(shì),嚴(yán)守意識(shí)形態(tài)工作“基準(zhǔn)線”。堅(jiān)持三個(gè)統(tǒng)一:黨性和人民性、建設(shè)性和斗爭(zhēng)性、繼承性和創(chuàng)新性相統(tǒng)一。善于頂層設(shè)計(jì),站穩(wěn)意識(shí)形態(tài)工作“高勢(shì)位”。強(qiáng)調(diào)全方位,定標(biāo)科學(xué)的創(chuàng)新路線;關(guān)注多層次,定標(biāo)量化建設(shè)目標(biāo);注重寬領(lǐng)域,多條戰(zhàn)線同頻互動(dòng)。善于以身作則,做好意識(shí)形態(tài)工作“領(lǐng)航人”。做到“三個(gè)帶頭”:帶頭學(xué)習(xí)馬克思主義理論,提升看家本領(lǐng);帶頭弘揚(yáng)中華文化,扎牢工作根基;帶頭實(shí)踐摸清問題,積極迎訴內(nèi)外挑戰(zhàn)。習(xí)近平創(chuàng)新黨的意識(shí)形態(tài)工作的價(jià)值。政治價(jià)值表現(xiàn)為:維護(hù)國家意識(shí)形態(tài)安全,應(yīng)訴黨內(nèi)外各種錯(cuò)誤思潮的挑戰(zhàn),推動(dòng)中國特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。思想價(jià)值體現(xiàn)為:發(fā)展了馬克思主義意識(shí)形態(tài)學(xué)說,豐富了黨做好意識(shí)形態(tài)工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)儲(chǔ)備,為各領(lǐng)域?qū)W習(xí)研究習(xí)近平思想提供新的視角。實(shí)踐價(jià)值體現(xiàn)為:為意識(shí)形態(tài)工作者提供方向指引,為黨員干部學(xué)好用好馬克思主義標(biāo)定科學(xué)路徑,為鞏固黨執(zhí)政的群眾基礎(chǔ)提供有力支撐。
