【摘要】：民生問(wèn)題是關(guān)乎人類社會(huì)生存與發(fā)展的基本問(wèn)題,在中國(guó)五千年文明史中始終被人們所關(guān)注。認(rèn)真研究和學(xué)習(xí)毛澤東的民生思想,對(duì)于解決當(dāng)前眾多的民生問(wèn)題,維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定與和諧發(fā)展,全面建成小康社會(huì)具有一定的借鑒意義。本文主要是從毛澤東的文章和發(fā)表的談話中解讀毛澤東有關(guān)的民生思想,以探究其理論的精髓。首先從馬克思主義的民生理念、中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化中的民本思想以及近代中國(guó)的民生思想入手,探求毛澤東的民生思想的主要來(lái)源;其次,中國(guó)革命和建設(shè)的實(shí)踐是促使毛澤東的民生思想萌芽、初步形成與發(fā)展的最好的實(shí)踐場(chǎng);再次,毛澤東的民生思想是緊緊依靠人民群眾,一切為了人民利益的真實(shí)寫照,主要包括:以經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)為中心、以發(fā)展教育為手段、以醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的發(fā)展為保障、以促進(jìn)就業(yè)為根本等多個(gè)方面,且這幾個(gè)方面互相影響,民生問(wèn)題貫穿始終。通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)與研究毛澤東的民生思想,對(duì)照鄧小平、江澤民、胡錦濤、習(xí)近平等改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨歷屆領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人對(duì)民生問(wèn)題的關(guān)注及重要論述,我們也看到作為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人對(duì)于中國(guó)民生問(wèn)題的重視是沒(méi)有間斷過(guò)的。因此,筆者認(rèn)為毛澤東的民生思想是一個(gè)值得深入研究和探討的課題,其對(duì)于當(dāng)前我們?nèi)娼ǔ尚】瞪鐣?huì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”也具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:People's livelihood is a basic problem related to the survival and development of human society.Studying and studying Mao Zedong's thought of people's livelihood is of great significance for solving many problems of people's livelihood, maintaining social stability and harmonious development, and building a well-off society in an all-round way.This article mainly from Mao Zedong's article and the speech unscrambles the Mao Zedong related people's livelihood thought, in order to explore its theory essence.First of all, from the Marxist concept of people's livelihood, the people-oriented thought in Chinese traditional culture and the modern Chinese people's livelihood thought, to explore the main source of Mao Zedong's thought of people's livelihood; secondly,The practice of Chinese revolution and construction is the best practical field for promoting Mao Zedong's thought of people's livelihood to sprout and initially form and develop. Thirdly, Mao Zedong's thought on people's livelihood is closely dependent on the masses of the people and is a true portrayal of everything for the benefit of the people.It mainly includes: taking the economic construction as the center, taking the development of the education as the means, taking the development of the medical and health service as the safeguard, taking the promotion of employment as the foundation, and so on, and these aspects influence each other, the livelihood question runs through all the time.By studying and studying Mao Zedong's thoughts on people's livelihood, contrasting the concerns and important expositions of the leaders of the Communist Party of China on livelihood issues since the reform and opening up to the outside world, the leaders of the Communist Party of China have paid close attention to the livelihood of the people.We also see that as leaders of China's livelihood issues are not interrupted.Therefore, the author thinks that Chinese Dream's thought of people's livelihood is a subject worthy of further study and discussion, which has certain guiding significance for us to build a well-off society in an all-round way and to realize "Chinese Dream" at present.
