【摘要】：本文以地緣政治理論為視角,通過對朝鮮半島的發(fā)展史、各大國對朝鮮半島的爭奪以及朝鮮半島核問題爆發(fā)后各大國的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)變這三方面,探究朝鮮半島地緣政治價(jià)值的歷史性變化。近代朝鮮半島地緣政治價(jià)值在甲午中日戰(zhàn)爭和日俄數(shù)次爭奪中逐漸凸顯出來,隨著日本殖民統(tǒng)治入侵朝鮮,朝鮮半島的地緣政治價(jià)值隨著被擱淺,然而冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)期美蘇對朝鮮半島的分別管控使得朝鮮半島的地緣政治價(jià)值再次被推上國際舞臺(tái)。但冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)期的朝鮮半島作為東西方意識(shí)形態(tài)對立的前沿地帶地緣政治價(jià)值并不明顯。朝鮮半島在冷戰(zhàn)之后蘇聯(lián)的倒塌東西勢力失去平衡國際形勢巨變,地緣政治理論隨之發(fā)生相應(yīng)變化,尤其是在朝鮮核問題爆發(fā)后朝鮮不顧國際社會(huì)反對以及金正恩執(zhí)政后加強(qiáng)政權(quán)的一系列舉措來看朝鮮的擁核決心是不可撼動(dòng)的。崛起中的中國和俄羅斯,以及重返亞太的美國,仍舊在謀求政治大國地位的日本,和政局動(dòng)蕩不定的韓國,各國圍繞著朝鮮半島核問題而產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)、安全等利益的激烈爭奪,使朝鮮半島的地緣政治價(jià)值迅速達(dá)到最高點(diǎn)。朝鮮半島的地緣政治價(jià)值新變化主要體現(xiàn)在朝鮮半島地區(qū)地緣政治互動(dòng)的主客體身份的轉(zhuǎn)變,以及朝鮮由被動(dòng)地位轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榉e極主動(dòng)以一個(gè)地區(qū)獨(dú)立國家的身份參與地區(qū)地緣活動(dòng)的互動(dòng)中。朝鮮半島地緣政治價(jià)值新變化,通過朝鮮半島地緣政治歷史性變化有助于地緣政治價(jià)值理論的探索。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the geopolitical theory from the perspective of the development history of the Korean Peninsula, the major powers on the Korean Peninsula as well as for the nuclear issue on the Korean Peninsula after the outbreak of major strategic transformation of these three aspects, explore the historical changes in the Korean Peninsula geopolitical value. Modern Korean Peninsula geopolitical value for the Sino Japanese War and several times in the Russo Japanese gradually emerged, with the invasion of the Korean Japanese colonial rule of the Korean Peninsula geopolitical value with stranded, but during the cold war on the Korean peninsula were the control of the Korean Peninsula geopolitical value once again pushed on the international stage.
