【摘要】：我國老年人口占總?cè)丝诒壤絹碓酱?老齡化趨勢加劇,而如今二胎政策也全面開放,所以子女們就沒有更多的精力去照顧老人。在這一背景下,我國養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)呈增長趨勢,并且增長幅度較大。近年來,我國養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)得到迅速的發(fā)展,這得益于國家一系列養(yǎng)老政策的推動。所以,正因為養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的不斷發(fā)展和完善,更多的老年人越來越傾向于機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老,養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)提供的服務(wù)和照顧是否能滿足老人的需求,這是一個重要的問題,這直接影響到老年人晚年生活舒適和幸福。本文主要研究養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)中老年人對機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老的滿意度。本文調(diào)查研究某養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)中老年人的機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老意愿、養(yǎng)老服務(wù)需求,對機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老的滿意度,以及對老年人機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老滿意度和留住意愿產(chǎn)生影響的因素進(jìn)行分析。本文主要采用問卷法和定量研究法。通過問卷的形式,了解老年人對機(jī)構(gòu)總體滿意度情況;通過定量研究法,對具有代表性的養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)實地調(diào)研,通過搜集上來的數(shù)據(jù)并使用SPSS軟件,運用線性相關(guān)和線性回歸來具體分析變量之間的關(guān)系,運用單因素方差分析法,分析其他因素對老人機(jī)構(gòu)總體滿意度的影響,以及通過二元Logistic回歸,分析老年人的個人情況和各項養(yǎng)老需求對老人是否愿意繼續(xù)留在養(yǎng)老院還是回家或是其他形式養(yǎng)老意愿的影響。得出的主要結(jié)論包括:1、日常照顧方面加以改善,在如廁方面和換洗衣服,老人需求高但是滿意度很低。2、提高對老人的精神慰藉,不僅要關(guān)注老人的飲食起居,更要關(guān)心老人的精神方面。3、醫(yī)療護(hù)理方面加以改善,疾病的治療護(hù)理和體檢方面,同樣是需求高但是滿意度很低。4、機(jī)構(gòu)一些基本的日常鍛煉設(shè)施和醫(yī)療保健設(shè)施不夠健全。5、不少老人對機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)知上存在誤解,所以要提高老人對機(jī)構(gòu)的滿意度,首先最重要的一點就是改變?nèi)藗儗︷B(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的認(rèn)知。6、政府應(yīng)該加大對民辦養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的扶植。
[Abstract]:In China, the proportion of the elderly population is increasing, the trend of aging is increasing, and now the two-child policy is also fully open, so the children do not have more energy to take care of the elderly. In this context. In recent years, the pension institutions in China have been developing rapidly, which is due to the promotion of a series of national pension policies. It is precisely because of the continuous development and improvement of pension institutions that more and more elderly people tend to support the aged more and more. It is an important issue whether the services and care provided by pension institutions can meet the needs of the elderly. This directly affects the comfort and happiness of the elderly in their old age. This paper mainly studies the satisfaction of the elderly in the old-age care institutions. The demand for old-age service, the satisfaction of the institutional pension. This paper mainly adopts questionnaire method and quantitative research method, through the form of questionnaire, to understand the overall satisfaction of the elderly to the institution; Through quantitative research, the representative pension institutions on the ground investigation, through collecting data and using SPSS software, the use of linear correlation and linear regression to analyze the specific relationship between variables. Univariate variance analysis was used to analyze the influence of other factors on the overall satisfaction of elderly institutions, and the binary Logistic regression was used. This paper analyzes the influence of the elderly's personal situation and various needs for the aged on their willingness to stay in the nursing home or return home or other forms of pension willingness. The main conclusions include: 1. Daily care to improve, in the toilet and change clothes, the elderly demand is high, but satisfaction is very low. 2, to improve the elderly spiritual comfort, not only pay attention to the elderly food and living. More attention should be paid to the mental aspects of the elderly, to the improvement of medical care, and to the treatment and medical examination of diseases, which are also of high demand but low satisfaction. Some basic daily exercise facilities and medical care facilities are not perfect. 5. Many elderly people have misunderstandings on the cognition of institutions, so it is necessary to improve the satisfaction of the elderly to the institutions. First, the most important point is to change people's awareness of pension institutions. The government should strengthen the support of private pension institutions.
